Intestinal parasites are common pathogens in pig group, not only can consume the host nutrition, animal diarrhea, lower feed conversion rate, reduce weight, and even lead to death, caused great economic losses to the global pig industry, some pig parasites can also directly or indirectly infect humans. Cryptosporidium is a means of through the mouth- dung and the spread of the intake of contaminated food or water for important people beast of parasites, it can lead to human severe diarrhea, especially among children or people with immune deficiency disease is more serious, so the infected pigs, which would be a serious threat to human health, to date, there is no effective vaccine or drug to prevention and treatment of cryptosporidiosis. Master the pig intestines parasite species and population structure of cryptosporidium infection, for the specificity of the parasite prevention and disease diagnosis and prevention and control to provide basic data, in the protection of human health and the social public health is of great significance. This experiment is aim to analyzing the pig intestinal parasites infection from nine farms seven cities in Shaanxi province of different ages, different seasons of 1339 samples, and Cryptosporidium isolates, genotypes and subtypes of isolation, identification obtain the following results:1. 1339 fecal samples were examined by flotation technique using saturated saline.the overall infection rate was 28.90%, infection type mainly for ball, cryptosporidium, worms and tapeworms, nematodes as high as 38.6%, cryptosporidium was 22.75%, Amy ear ball was 21.15%, pigs and other spore ball is 11.54%, tapeworm is 11.54%. The highest was found in group of pre-weaned swine(1–2months),and the lowest occurred in groud of weaned swine(3-12months).There is significant difference in coccidial infection in different age groups.Infection rate also has the obvious seasonal difference, and the highest(11.1%) in the autumn, the lowest in the summer(1.24%), but there is no obvious differences in regional.Cryptosporidium infection rate was 4.63%, and check out cryptosporidium or suspected cryptosporidium positive samples of 62.2. Using 18 S rRNA genes for identification of Cryptosporidium in pigs by Nested PCR and the amplicons were sequenced with the length of 800 bp approximately, the analysis showed that 42 with NCBI nucleotide database for pig Cryptosporidium C.suis(GenBank login number: AF108861) with 100% similarity, 2 with C.scrofarum(formerly known as pigs Cryptosporidium Ⅱtype, GenBank login number: GU254170) has the 100% similarity. Preliminary evidence that the detect Cryptosporidium for pig C.scrofarum and C.suis as the dominant species(42/44), major pig infection less than 3 months of age(7.54%), more than 6 months of age pig infection rate(0.97%), the lowest C. scrofarum found only pig Wugong and Yang ling is more than 3 months, the results showed the pig Cryptosporidium has obvious seasonal difference, and the highest(11.1%) in the autumn, the lowest in the summer(1.73%).
