This test method uses field experiments and laboratory analysis, are provided four different tillage systems:no-tillage straw, Rotary straw, deep pine straw, straw plowing effects of different tillage on soil Physical Properties of Soil Enzymatic Activity and oat production, then explore the best ways of growing and provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of land and conserve resources. The results showed that:(1) Effect of different tillage systems on soil physical properties is more significant, NT soil moisture content throughout the growing period oats relatively higher than other treatments, soil water retention effect is particularly significant. CT soil temperature is relatively high, with soil depth, soil temperature decreased,0-10cm different farming methods on soil temperature changes in the larger, less impact on the soil layer below 10cm; Oat different tillage methods on sowing wheat field before and after harvest soil bulk density are expressed as with increasing soil depth increases. Before sowing and after receiving NT soil bulk density showed the maximum, CT tillage minimum.(2) Effect of different tillage systems in different soil layers enzyme activity, NTshowed the highest, RT second, third DT, CT a minimum; oat growth in the whole of urease activity and catalase activity It was first increased and then decreased trend, with soil depth, tillage methods in different soil urease activity and catalase enzymes activity gradually reduced; alkaline phosphatase activity and invertase activity in each treatment 0-10cm,10-20cm trend is basically the same soil alkaline phosphatase activity showed an increasing trend again after the first increase and then decrease, invertase activity were reduced after the first increase in the trend. Alkaline phosphatase activity and invertase activity increased with soil depth increases.(3) Effect of different tillage methods on oat agronomic traits, NT treatment than other treatments, plant height, plant fresh weight, dry weight per plant were gradually increased with advancing stage of growth, oat leaf area index manifested as decreased after the first increase, oats different tillage methods and yield economic output showed NT> RT> DT> CT.Taking all factors drawn:no-tillage thermal conductivity, high ability to retain water, soil enzyme activity is high, higher yield, better economic returns. Therefore, no-tillage is more effective in improving soil properties, increase crop yields, increase economic benefits.
