The experiment used single factor test to research influence on the growth and development of Dendrobium officinale of seven kinds of stroma formulas [F1, Peat+perlite (3:1, Volume ratio, the same below); F2, Peat+vermiculite (2:1); F3, Peat+vermiculite+perlite (3:1:1); F4, Peat+Pine bark+small stones (1:2:2); F5, Pine bark+small stones (3:1); F6, Tang Kieran stone+Pine bark (1:1); F7, Sphagnum moss+perlite (1:1)] and it was concluded that the suitable ratio of matrix; then orthogonal test to the nutrition formula, concentration, application of fertilizer interval of soilless cultivation of Dendrobium officinale by using three factors and three levels test methods, were determined by the number of spring buds, the plant height, stem diameter, number of buds in autumn, polysaccharide and other morphological and physiological indicators of each treatment combination, and variance analysis of these indicators, initially the main factors that influence the soilless cultivation of Dendrobium officinale were identified, and the best level was obtained. Considering all the factors to determine the most appropriate media and nutrient solution formula in Dendrobium soilless cultivation, this research will provide the basis information for future Dendrobium soilless cultivation. The results are as follow.1. Through on spring bud number analysis obtained, the average spring bud number counts a maximum in peat+pine bark+small stones (1:2:2) matrix combination, peat+vermiculite+perlite (3:1:1) matrix combination of spring bud number is the fewest; the main factors affecting Dendrobium spring buds are N:P:K ratio of nutrient solution, nutrient solution concentration and application time has little effect on the test results of the interval.2. Through the height analysis concluded that the peat+perlite (3:1) matrix combinations is the highest on average of height plants, the Pine bark+small stones (3:1) matrix composition is the minimum height; the main factors affecting the Dendrobium height is applied nutrient solution interval, followed by concentration of nutrient solution, N:P:K ratio of nutrient solution is the smallest impact on the test results.3. By analyzing stem diameter results that the peat+vermiculite (2:1) matrix combinations average of stem diameter is the largest, the Tang Kieran stone+pine bark (1:1) matrix combination is the minimum height; influencing Dendrobium stem diameter of the main factors is the N:P:K ratio of nutrient solution, followed by concentration of nutrient solution, applied nutrient solution interval with minimal impact on the test results.4. Through the autumn buds analysis concluded that the peat + pine bark + small stones (1:2:2) matrix combinations on average of autumn buds is the most, the peat+ vermiculite + perlite (3:1:1) matrix combinations of autumn bud number is the fewest; the main factors affecting the number of Dendrobium autumn bud is the N:P:K ratio of nutrient solution, followed by concentration of nutrient solution, applied nutrient solution interval with minimal impact on the test results.5. Analysis of polysaccharide can be seen in peat+perlite (3:1) matrix combinations the polysaccharide of Dendrobium is the maximum, peat+vermiculite+perlite polysaccharide content (3:1:1) matrix combinations of the lowest; the main factors affecting the Dendrobium polysaccharide is the N、P、K ratio of nutrient solution, followed by concentration of nutrient solution, nutrient solution application time interval minimal impact on the polysaccharide.Considering the all factors, we can choose peat+perlite (3:1) and peat+Pine bark+small stones (1:2:2) matrix proportion as Dendrobium officinale substrate. In improving the production of Dendrobium officinale, we can choose nutrient solution N:P:K=4:1:3, the nutrient solution concentration of 0.10%, applied nutrient solution interval for 7d as Dendrobium production nutrient solution application program. In terms of improving the quality of Dendrobium officinale, we can select nutrient solution N:P:K=1:1:1,0.07% concentration of nutrient solution, nutrient solution application time is 3 days for optimum level combination.
