| Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) was made through the technology ultramicro-porphyrizing and using the fermentation of microorganism to Gynostemmapentaphyllum.In order to study the effect of traditional Chinese herbal medicine Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) on the immune functions of chickens, this testwork was carried.In the impact of Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) on the non-specific immunity function of chickens,four hundred and fifty healthy chickens of one day age were raised.Before the trial, these chickens were divided into five groups aimlessly.Ninety chickens for each group. GroupⅠ~ Ⅲwere high(1%),middle(0.5%) and low(0.25%) dosages of Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) groups, group Ⅳwas the control group of Gynostemma decoction(0.25%),groupⅤwas the control group without medicine. GroupⅠ~ Ⅲwere fed with Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) in appropriate dose from the first day to 7th day and the 15 th day to 21 th day. Group Ⅳwas fed with Gynostemma herbal pieces decoctions in 0.5% dose at the same time with groupⅠ~Ⅲ.From the chickens age of 21,till to the age of 49,every week,ten chickens from each group at random were killed,in order to calculate the organ indexes of spleen and bursa of Fabricius.In addition,from the chickens age of 28,till to the age of 49,every week,ten chickens from each trial group were randomly taken to do the experiment of carbon particles clearance in order to test the differences of phagocytosis activity of macrophages in peripheral blood for each group in different periods.In the impact of Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) on the humoral immunity function of chickens,accroding to the number contral standard that fifty chickens in one group,five groups were divided aimlessly from two hundred and fifty healthy chickens of one day age that were choosen for this experiment.The situation of chickens’ feeding and grouping were the same with the above trial.Meanwhile the chickens were immuned with newcastle disease IV vaccine at the 7th day,immuned IBD live vaccine at the 14 th day and at the 21 th day were injected newcastle disease killed oil-emulsion.The newcastle disease IV vaccine after the first immune at the 7th day was given in the chickens’ drinking water at the same time.And from the chickens age of 21,till to the age of 49,every week,the serum samples were collected with ten chickens from their heart in each group randomly using the centrifuge after the blood was placed in the room temperature about 30 mins,to test the changes of the antibody levels in ND and IBD in the chickens’ serum.In the impact of Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) on the cellular immunity function of chickens,two hundred and fifty healthy chickens of one day age were choosen in this experiment.The situation of chickens’ feeding and grouping were the same with the trial for humoral immunity.From the chickens age of 21,till to age of 49,every week,the blood samples from the chickens’ heart from each group randomly were collected and joined anticoagulation to evaluate effect of tested drug on the ANAE positive ratio of the peripheral blood T-lymphocytes in chickens.The results of the testwork indicated that the middle, high dose(0.5%、1%) of the Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) could significantly promote the index of chickens’ immune organs(P﹤0.01 or P﹤0.05), and also enhance the chickens’ phagocytosis function of macrophagocyte(P﹤0.01 or P﹤0.05). In the same time, it could significantly improve the antibody titer of ND and IBD(P ﹤ 0.01 or P ﹤ 0.05), and prolong the effective survival time of the antibody,meanwhile it also could increase the positive rate of the peripheral blood(P﹤0.01 or P﹤0.05); The effect of the low dose one(0.25%) was apparent to that of(0.5%) Gynostemma herbal pieces decoctions(P﹥0.05).Experimental studies had shown that Jiao Gu Lan Wei Fen Fa Jiao Ye(Gynostemma Micro-powder Fermention Liquid) could effectively improve the immune function and prolong the time that antibodies work in chickens. Its clinical recommended dosage is 0.5% mixing materials. |
