Corn is one of Chinese major food crops, and is a major source of food and feed important industrial raw materials. Corn practiced in most parts of the province twice a year for tillage, corn sowing methods have gradually turned from sets of broadcast sowing machinery, and currently mainly small tractors equipped with three or four lines were operating planter, seed and fertilizers difficult stratified dislocation often burn kinds deficiency phenomenon, but due to a large amount of wheat straw stubble, job congested. Not only it affects the quality of sowing, seeds, fertilizer bad bare surface overburden, waste fertilizer,and it is difficult to do a broadcast all seedlings.Hebei region has been the use of tillage before sowing wheat tillage soil preparation, planting corn tillage for many years, seeding mode reduces this effect of turning the soil, resulting in the formation of a soil layer of hard soil. Corn crops are deep-rooted, so hard soil is not conducive to corn roots, and roots robust enough direct impact on the growth and yield of corn in late. To do this in front of corn planting soil subsoiling is very necessary, after the bottom of the deep loose soil becomes loose. Subsoiling can soil moisture storage, while the larger pores after deep loose soil, but also to improve the ventilation capacity of the soil to a certain extent. But because the difference of the soil and the humidity of soil, the surface of the deep loosening soil easy to generate big clods, so this uneven soil is easy to make the seed sowing depth difference, and late affect seed germination rate and maize growth.In response to these problems, the research team developed for large tractor corn no-till subsoiling whole layer fertilization seed row planter Rotary, improving the quality of sowing machines, further promoting conservation tillage corn production, energy, water, environmental protection, precision direction. The machine is consist of frame, deep loosening shovel, adjustable full-thickness fertilizing device, a line of rotary tillage device(Rotary cultivator), four connecting rod profiling mechanism, double disc opener, metering device, driving wheel, suppress wheel, adjustable tank and fertilizer tank. The main innovation of this study were: developing a whole layer of corn no-till subsoiling tillage fertilization seed row planter, subsoiler can complete the whole layer of fertilizer, seed row Rotary, precision sowing repression and many other operations, while increasing seeding quality, improving fertilizer efficiency, enhanced soil moisture storage capacity of the soil, increasing the role of corn production. By comparison with the existing planter, sowing native deep consistency has been significantly higher than the original planter, and seeding uniformity has improved to some extent. This machine is a composite model which can greatly improve the efficiency of labor and fertilizer use efficiency and reduce environmental pollution and labor inputs, increasing production,and is a section of the yield of the planter.
