| Blue fox, called the Arctic fox, belonging to the order Carnivora Canidae animal, mainly distributed in the northern part of North America, Eurasian high latitude region and the Arctic Ocean and the southern Siberia. Blue fox is one of the precious fur animal, is widely bred in China, blue fox breeding is one of pillar industries of special breeding in china. In recent years, blue fox sclerosis, commonly known as the dead fox disease, not only affects the health of the fox, and the mortality rate is high, even if it is difficult to grow into a standard commodity fox, a great impact on the economic benefit of farmers.People believe that, the incidence of stiff fox disease involving both genetic, nutritional, imbalance of intestinal flora and immune abnormalities and other factors, and the intestinal pathogenic and normal flora imbalance may be the trigger point of the pathogenesis. As everyone knows, intestinal microflora and parasitifer of health are closely related, it is to host the digestion of food, the metabolism of endogenous and exogenous substances, against the pathogen invasion plays an irreplaceable function.Experiment one:In order to detect the changes of intestinal flora in stiff fox, according to the16 S rDNA sequences of bacterial design primer(Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coli,Enterococcus),analysis the health and stiff fox 4 kinds of bacteria in the gut bacteria of the genus of the total. To collect stiff and healthy fox fecal specimens each of 30 used to extract DNA,according to real-time PCR technique measure proportion of 4 kinds of bacteria in the intestinal flora of two groups blue fox, comparing the changes in the number of 4 kinds of bacteria between stiff fox and healthy fox. Comparing stiff fox with healthy fox,the proportion of the number that bifidobacteria and lactobacillus in the intestinal account for the total bacteria significantly reduced(P<0.05),but proportion of the enterococcus significantly raised(P< 0.05) and escherichia coli did not change significantly(P>0.05).Experiment two:The objece is to improve the stiff fox intestinal micro environment by adding lactic acid bacteria and additives in the feed. This test is designed to study the impact of different levels of lactic acid bacteria additive on nutrient digestibility in stiff fox, and determine the appropriate amount of lactic acid bacteria additives added to stiff fox diets. The 1202-month-old sick stiff fox randomly divided into four groups of 30. Test group I, II, IIIrespectively added 3%,5% and 7% of lactic acid bacteria additive to the basal diet and basal diet for control group, test for 45 days. The results showed that the feed intake of test groups(group I,group II, group III) has increased compared with control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Body daily gain were increased by 12.94%, 17.06%, 14.73%, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The feed conversion rate of group II is the lowest, group II and group III were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The crude fat digestion of test groups(group Iã€group IIã€group III) were increased by 19.03%, 18.51% and 17.22% compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The crude protein digestibility of test group II improved 7.43% compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Calcium and total phosphorus digestibility differences were not significant(P>0.05).To sum up: the proportion of intestinal flora in stiff fox is abnormal changes, suggesting that the intestinal flora imbalance may be one of the triggering factors of stiff fox disease.Lactobacillus additive capable of improving the gut microflora, add lactobacillus in animal feed can improve digestion and metabolism of stiff fox, the best additive of lactic acid bacteria is 5%. |
