In order to study the rolling process of the steel roller round baler,this thesis takes the large steel roller round baler as the research object,uses multiple sensors and NI USB-6363 data acquisition card,and designs a set of steel roller round balers based on LabVIEW software.The force field data acquisition system of the machine rolling bale room provides data support and reference for further exploring the rolling characteristics of straw bales,improving the baling quality,and reducing the power consumption of the rolling bale.In this thesis,the rolling process of the steel roller round baler is analyzed.Under the coupling action of multiple force fields,there are radial and tangential force fields interacting between the steel roller and the bale.The main role of the tangential force field is to drive When the bale rotates,the main function of the radial force field is to compress the bale and improve the baling quality.In the stage of bale compaction,a bale density model is established combined with force field analysis,and the power consumption in the process of rolling the bale is analyzed.The force field data acquisition system of the coiling room of the steel roller round baler includes hardware and software: the hardware part includes a data acquisition card,a computer,a torque sensor,a pressure(hydraulic)transmitter,3 ring load cells,4 Rotary encoder,26 S-type tension and pressure sensors;the software part uses LabVIEW to write acquisition programs,mainly including force acquisition program,motor torque and rotational speed acquisition program,pickup and feeding system rotational speed acquisition program,bundle power consumption acquisition program and straw bale acquisition program Density acquisition procedures,etc.The system transmits the data of multiple sensors to the host computer program through the data acquisition card,and the LabVIEW software can display,process and store the data in real time.The data acquisition system has been debugged through multiple bale tests,which proves that the system can operate stably and can accurately collect the unloading cylinder pressure,bale power consumption,radial force field data,tangential force field data and bale pressure during the bale process.The density of the solid forming stage meets the test requirements.Through the baling test,the density and power consumption fitting curves of the straw bale compaction and forming stage were obtained,which played an important guiding role in further exploring the bale rolling characteristics,improving the baling quality and reducing the power consumption of the bales.
