Prunus persica cv. feicheng is unique peach varieties in the northern of China, which with large fruit, more juice, sweet and fragrant, good appearance and well known as are the "crown of the peach group ".In 2013, a serious browning phenomenon was occurred, and which caused infected fruit tissue lignification and lost fruit nutritional value. This paper mainly analysis on the factor of the browning,which included endophytes type of different stage during growth of peach, different bagging treatment, the different fertilizer treatment and histopathology. The results are as follows:1. Bacillus subtilis was dominant species during flower bud stage, young fruit period and mature stage, Tenotrophomonas maltophilia and Pantoea ananatis were appeared during young fruit period and mature stage and contents were higher than healthy parts, T.maltophilia was just occurred in the diseased fruit. All the result showed that T. maltophilia and P. Ananatis were close relationship with browning of Prunus persica cv. feicheng2. The bagging treatment in fruit could effectively reduce the incidence of browning, seven types bags which were non-woven bags, non-woven fabric grey black blue bag, non-woven bag, single monolayer bag bag, white, gray brown bag layer were used. The result showed that the bagging impacted on fruit quality and lower the incidence of fruit up to 31%, fruit hardness decreases to 33.3%, sugar content decreased by 8.5% aroma substances total contents reduced by 4.5%. Incidence rates of fruit was the lowest and quality was best by using brown monolayer bag, which was most suitable bag for application in production practice.3. Different concentrations of shells, seaweed fertilizer fertilizer was applied, yun she fertilizer and organic fertilizer, and in the fruit maturation spraying calcium fertilizer. The results showed that 25 kg/shell fertilizer could reduce the incidence of 19.00%.50 kg/strain shell fertilizer reduced to 21.50%, shell weight of 75 kg/strain reduced to 26.90%, 20 kg/strains of algae to 0.20%, 40 kg/strains of algae to 2.90%.80 kg/strains of algae to 0.20kg/strains of bankcard fertilizer to 3.40%, 40 kg/strains of algae fertilizer incidence to reduced 7.00%, 80 kg/strains of seaweed fertilizer to reduced by 8.60%. Fruit tree and fruit applying calcium fertilizer could reduced by 3.20%. Spraying calcium fertilizer could effectively improve fruit quality, sugar content increased by 1.70%, 7.30% increase in weight,chlorophyll content increased by 2.56%. Calcium fertilizera was the mainly factors influenced the Prunus persica cv. feicheng Browning.4. Using laboratory screening of three kinds of medicament for field trials, the results show that in the experimental drug, Of fruit Browning has obvious inhibitory effect of reagent was12% of abietic acid copper oil 5000 times liquid, and can reduce the incidence of5.30%.Matrine 1% alcohol solution 5000 times liquid can reduce the incidence of 5.70%.The best control effect was 30% ethyl allicin was 5000 times liquid, and can reduce the incidence of 0.30% is recommended for field b allicin was 5000 times liquid for prevention and control.5. Comparsion with the tissue structure between the healthy and diseased parts of the fruit.The results showed that tissue structure of diseased fruit was damaged, cell-wall degradation,membrane partial relaxation, cell wall thickness is not uniform. This was consisted with calcium deficiency causing Browning of Prunus persica cv. feicheng.
