Through study on the seedling standardized production technology of the landscape flowers in Weifang City, the rules for the production technology of landscape flower seedling standardization was proposed according to the present situation of the flowers and plants industry development of Weifang city and the existing problems. These results provide theoretical basis for landscape flower seedlings in Weifang city and even Shandong province standardization production and promotion.The development target was proposed from the people’s Government of Weifang City, and Weifang is building the largest production base of flower seedlings in Shandong Province, even the North’s largest flower seedlings Center. But there are many problems through the investigation of the current situation of the development of flower seedling industry in Weifang City. For example the existence of the low level of specialization, regionalization development lag, extensive management, backward production facilities, Etc.A bunch of red, Petunia, pansy, marigold were studied in this paper, and studied on the influence of the matrix type, type of water supply, nutrient solution and plant growth regulators on the aspects of plug seedling. The results showed thatI. Rotten leaf soil, sand and so on seedling substrate can be partially or completely substitute for peat, vermiculite and other materials, physicochemical properties of bulk density, porosity, the maximum field capacity, conductivity and other indicators are in line with the requirements of seedling, matrix mineral rich nutrition, high content of organic matter, good buffering performance, can be used in the factory plug seedling.II.The main technical measures of cultivating high quality seedlings was the nutrient supply in nursery substrate in addition to providing appropriate environmental conditions of temperature, moisture, illumination and other external. Especially nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient supply, will directly affect the blade root and stem growth of seedlings, the dry matter accumulation and after planting production, pay attention to increasing P fertilizer can make the seedling growth vigor, plant height, dry weight and seedling index increased significantly, is an important nutrient quality seedling cultivation.III.The matrix moisture content on landscape flower seedling growth significantly. In the nurserying, proper irrigation is more important, usually in the relative water content of 80 ~ 90% advisable.IV.Landscape flower seed cone hole plate cultivation more robust, tray hole case number and nutrient related hole; the same volume, absorption area of cone and tray are greater than the cone hole plate, that ability is better than the cone hole plate cone hole plate of mineral nutrients and moisture absorption of cultivating seedling root.Landscape flower seedling standardization production technology system was based on the select suitable landscape flower seedling production nursery substrate, plug size, nutrient solution, water supply condition of matrix and growth regulators types. In order to lay a solid theoretical basis for landscape scale industrialization development of flower industry, the establishment of different regions and different seedling demonstration sites to drive regional farmers in Weifang area.
