Premna is one kind of medicinal and edible plant with high edible,medicinal,and industrial value,displaying a good development and application prospect.However,Premna is mainly wild,and it needs to be further studied in artificial standardized planting and deep processing.Based on the needs of Chongqing XiongSen Industrial Co.,Ltd.in the development of Premna industrialization,this topic research involved the Premna sticks artificial rapid propagation technology,planting technology including cultivation,field management,pest control,and establishment of standardized planting technical regulations,and the application and promotion of large-scale planting of Premna.Spike age,cuttage time,rooting agent concentration and cutting matrix had effects on the survival rate of cuttings.The experiment results showed that the survival rate of Premna was the highest in the middle of March in loamy soil,reaching 91.2 ± 0.011%,with 2 years of raw spike,150mg/L ABT1 rooting agent for 2 hours.The rank of each factor was the spike age > cutting time > hormone treatment level >cutting matrix.Premna has strong adaptability and transplanting survival rate of Premna sticks seedlings was more than 98%in normal farmland,abandoned and rocky desertification land,but the soil types have a significant effect on Premna growth.The plant height and growth of ground diameter present common farmland>abandoned land>rocky desertification land.Different types of fertilizer and fertilization methods had great impacts on plant height,ground diameter and leaf yield of Premna.The leaf yields of the first crop,the second crop,and the third stubble decreased with mixed fertilizer group > organic fertilizer group >chemical fertilizer > control group.Mixed fertilizer group is significantly higher than other groups,but leaf yield decreased with stubbles.The growth rates decreased with mixed fertilizer group > organic fertilizer group >chemical fertilizer > control group.However,the difference between organic fertilizer group and chemical fertilizer group was not significant.Growth rates of ground diameters descreased with mixed fertilizer group > organic fertilizer group >chemical fertilizer>control group,and Growth rates of the mixed group were significantly different from that of the fertilizer group and the chemicalgroup.Shaping and pruning had significant effects on leaf yield and ground diameter of Premna.The leaf yields of pruning groups were significantly higher than that of the control group.However,with the increase of stubble,the leaf yield had a downward trend,and leaf yield of the control group decreased significantly.The ground diameter,spring shoot number and summer shoot number of the pruning group were significantly higher than those of control group.Based on the investigation of plant diseases and insect pests in the Premna bases,it was found that the incidence of cultivated Premna was low.In the pest and disease survey area of Shuangdian,Linkou and Cizhu groups,the disease index of the planting area of Premna increased slightly from April to July,with the highest being 22.32±0.0071%.Overall,it is still at a relatively low pest and disease risk level.Since the development of Premna is mainly based on leaves in the actual production,it is suggested that the diseases and pests of Premna are mainly biophysical prevention and control,supplement by chemical control,and carry out comprehensive prevention and control measures for agricultural measures.According to the results of the experiment and the actual production of Premna,the standardized planting technology of Premna was formulated.The method of “company + farmer” was applied and popularized the standard planting technology of Premna.Combined with development model of “company+ farmer”,policy support and media promotion,the farmers popularized 3772.8mu of Premna in the test region involved 5 villages and 386 households.The application and popularization experience were summarized,and the countermeasures of standardized cultivation of Premna were put forward.This study is of great value to promote the standardized planting and the exploitation and utilization of Premna resources,and is of great significance for promoting the industrialization development of Premna.
