| As ageing of population rises ceaselessly in China, the number of nursing homes has increased. With the city being seriously polluted, the nursing homes with comfortable elderly care environment are extremely demanded. As we know, the scientific and reasonable plant landscape can improve the environment and bring a series of other benefits. Therefore, it’s necessary to research the plant landscape of nursing homes and put forward the optimization suggestion.This paper took 6 typical nursing homes in Guangzhou as research object which includs Guangzhou Old Folks Home, Yihe Old Folks Home, Gerocomium of Zhongluotan town,Hongshengqiaoyi Old Folks Home,Songhe Old Folks Home,Xilang Old Folks Home. Firstly,On the basis of Garden Art, Landscape ecology and other related theoretical studies, it analyzes the plant species, quantity, plant landscape situation and plant furnishing through the methods of overall survey. Then it establishes a reasonable evaluation index system that we can comprehensively analyze 30 typical plots of plant communities selected among the 6typical nursing homes with the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The main results are as follows:(1) This article refers to a lot of literature and information, we get the relevant research at home and abroad, and the knowledge about the natural geographical profile, the plant resources of Guangzhou city. In addition to this, we also studied the basic situation of Guangzhou pension agency, then classifies them and summarizes the characteristics of various types, which does the preliminary groundwork for this paper.(2) The research surveys plots plants, plants advantage genus and local scale. In the six nursing homes in Guangzhou, there are 188 kinds, 159 genus and 78 families of plants.Among these, the number of kinds with arboreal plants, shrub plants, ground cover plants are close to average, and 18 kinds of plants to some degree are applicated frequently.(3) In the aspect of disposal mode and forms of the plant landscape are flexible and various, no repeat in those places and they build a variety of plant space. The larger nursing home is, the more plant species and quantity it has, and the more changeful design it appears.(4) The research build a comprehensive evaluation index system of Guangzhou nursing homes plant landscape from the perspective of eco-efficiency, visual quality and service functions with the knowledge of AHP evaluation method. And it obtains the comprehensive evaluation value of the landscape plants after the analysis of 30 typical plots, then author divide the landscape quality rank.(5) On the basis of above analysis results, this paper summarizes the current problems of Guangzhou nursing homes plant landscape and gives some suggestions to solve these problems. And it also turns the theory into reality, designing the optimization program of plant landscapes in different places, hoping they could provide some references to the landscape transformation of Guangzhou’s nursing homes in the future. |
