| Peanut is an important oil crop and economic crop in china which occupies an important role in the structure of agricultural production in our country. O ur country was called Peanut power.Peanut cultivation area is a quarter of the total oil crop cultivated area of the country, but accounts for 1/2 of the total oil crop production. Peanut is mainly used in oil and food and a small amount for export and foreign exchange in our country. Peanut includes abundant nutrient substances contains proteins, lipids, amino acids, etc.There are also some functional nutrients, such as folic acid, choline, lecithin, resveratrol, etc. In recent years, resveratrol has been widely concerned with its anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, prevention cardiovascular diseases, protect liver, enhance immunity and resistance to fungal diseases of plants and other physiological functions. At present, in china we usually extract resveratrol from giant knotweed. But it was faced with the limitations o f high cost, less resources, etc, which lead to a slow development on extract resveratrol industry. The peanut is one of the plants with abundant resveratrol. The development of new peanut germplasm and peanut products with high resveratrol is important fo r improving the competitiveness of peanut industry in C hina.The resveratrol content in 109 peanut germplasm were identified and screened, which provided a reference basis for the germplasm innovation, variety selection and product development of peanut with high resveratrol.The achievements of this paper is as follows:(1)This experiment determinated the resveratrol content in seeds of 109 peanut germplasm by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method. The determination results showed that resveratrol content in peanut seeds was generally small, the resveratrol content in seeds was mostly between 0μg/g~1.0μg/g, which Occupied over 90% of all. It chose 10 peanut germplasm whose resveratrol content exceeded to 1.0μg/g. They respectively are ZK01, ZK12, G1012, ZK B04, ZK44, 10 A/3-111, ZK10, 10 A / 8-4, G69 and ZKB4.(2) This experiment determinated the resveratrol content in seeds of 7 peanut germplasm by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method after they were separated into tissues.It found that the resveratrol content in red was highest, and it is 6.8951 μg/g.The next is seeds, 0.5342μg/g. The embryo without Cotyledo is 0.1936μg/g and the embryos is 0.1898 μg/g.The least is cotyledons, 0.0386μg/g. The red and embryo without Cotyledo mass fraction are both 2% but cotyledons mass fraction is 96%.It showed that there was a rule for resveratrol content in seeds tissues, which is Red clothes > seeds> embryo without Cotyledo > embryos > cotyledons. Based on the tissues mass fraction, It means that resveratrol content in red was highest, but the red mass fraction was minimum which meaned that the red was a part with rich resveratrol.(3) This experiment determinated the resveratrol content in mature organs of seven peanut germplasm by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).It showed that the resveratrol content in shells is higest which is 130.7613μg/g, the next is the roots, stems, needles and seeds, respectively are 42.3755μ g/g, 23.0876μ g/g, 16.1325μ g/g, 11.1568μ g/g and 0.1899μg/g. We can say that resveratrol content in shells was the highest, and the resveratrol in seeds was the least.(4) This experiment determinated the resveratrol content in roots, stems and leaf of seven peanut germplasm at different periods by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the peanut resveratrol content in the whole growth process was gradually increasing overally in its roots,stems and leaf. It reached the peak in mature period. |
