It is an important guarantee for realizing the intensive production and management to use excellent dwarf stocks. Comparing with layering and tissue culture for cutting, the propagation coefficient is higher, the breeding cycle is shorter, the production cost is lower. It is a efficient way to rapid propagation for apple dwarf standing. This experiment grown several kinds dwarf rootstock which are commonly used in the production by means of cutting, at the same same time, several kinds of chemical reagents for cuttings were studyed, to find out a best way for breed that the technical requirements is low, the cost is low and the propagation coefficient is high.so that to solve the problem of self-rooted rootstock breeding in our county,to promote the construction of demonstration garden of self-rooted rootstock. This experiment got the following conclusions:(1)Among all the cutting group of hardwood, the blank group received the best results. It is said that during trial process on reagent was added, and only was put in clean water foe 24 hours the result was best. Rooting rate reached 27.78%. But because the results is not agree with the expected results, and is not consistent with the existing research results. We suppose that is because the supposedly processing time is too long, a reagent for the cuttings rooting have played an important role in inhibition. We only can get that the hardwood cutting of M26 method is feasible, the rooting rate can be improved. The best method should be explored in the future.(2)The softwood cutting trial which was got by manual do not get a root, only the callus was observed. There are differences between the three dwarf rootstock of the formation of callus formation rate, including M26 and SH40 formation were better, while the M9 was the worst, and the SH40 was lightly higher than M26. The best treatment for three Root stock were all the IBA that 50 mg/L and the HF rooting agent, followed by the 100 mg/g L IBA treatment trials.(3)By the softwood cutting trial which material was get from the greenhouses, we got the result that except the blank group and 0.8 mg/L + 0.1 mg/L BA GA treatment group, the treatment group all had rooting plants. The best one was the group that was treated by 1 hour, the rooting rate was 17.8%. Followed by 50 mg/L IBA, rooting rate was 8.89%. The influence of several kinds of reagents from high to low in turn is 100 mg/L IBA > 50 mg/L IBA > 200 mg/L IBA >300 times the humic acid acid + 20 mg/L IBA > 300 times, 200 times strong rooting agent.(4)The result of the softwood cutting trial which material was got from the field is that the group of disposed by 200mg/L IBA in 1 hour,the rooting rate is,at 26.7%, followed by 100 mg/L IBA treatment 1 hour and the rooting rate was 8.89%. The rest group all do not have rooting plant. Which can be concluded that, compared with the cuttings got from the greenhouse, the cutting got from field is more sensitive to the relative temperature and humidity, its taking root is more difficult.(5)Through the study of the treatment of different concentration and time of for M26,we found that they all produced a great influence on M26 of the root and callus. The promoting effect in the order was: 200 mg/L(2 hours) > 200 mg/L(1 hour) > 100 mg/L(2 hours) > 100 mg/L(1 hour) > 100 mg/L(3 hours) > 50 mg/L(3 hours). So we can conclude that the best treatment of softwood cutting for M26 is the 200 mg/L IBA with 2 hours, during which the root and callus are all the best.
