Effects Of Plant Growth Substances On Seed Germination, Plant Growth Development Of Rape

Thwas research studied the effect of different plant growth regulating substances formulation combine with seed coating using filter paper and sand of sprout box, plastic barrels and field under different environmental conditions as indoor incubator germinating box and open field on germination emergence and growth development of rapeseed, and explore the effect of different ways of drying methods and storage on seed germination and emergence of the treatment seed.The results were as follows: 1 Screened formula and seed coating in favour of seed germination and seedlingThrough the screening experiment, screened a variety of the appropriate concentration of plant growth regulating substances which could promote rapeseed germination emergence, reduce the MGT and increases GI, including SA, ascorbic acid, 5- amino levulinic acid, melatonin four material were obvious.GA, SA, Me Ja, polyamine, Ca Cl2, proline, ascorbic acid, 5- amino levulinic acid, melatonin increases the final germination rate;BR, Me Ja, ascorbic acid, melatonin increases the final germination rate, ascorbic acid, 5- amino levulinic acid, melatonin reduce MGT;Ascorbic acid, 5- amino levulinic acid, melatonin increased GI.Most seed coating delayed germination, different seedling coating in different proportion of drug and seed than when the effect was different. But 1:40 Qian Jing Ding could promote emergence obviously; 1:60 Dan Tiao significouldtly reduced stem length lower, decreased by 14.2% ~ 26.2%,, and root fresh weight compwered with no significouldt difference, so it was conducive to cultivate short seedling.Screened six kinds of treatment agent which could promote the germination and strong seedling the same time. Eleven kinds of formula as H2, H3, H6, H7 and H9, H10, H11, D1, D4, D5, D6 treatment increased the final germination rate and emergence rate under low temperature and normal temperature;Among them, six kinds of treatment agent as H1, H3, H7 and H9, D6, D8 treatment increased rape seedlings root-shoot ratio and total dry weight, was conducive to form a strong seedling. 2 Crossover collaboration the application technology of optimization adjustment material formulation and seed coatingScreening optimize adjustment material formula and seed coating combination could speed up the rape seed emergence, improved rape seed germination rate, different rapeseed varieties had different formula, H9 was needed for germination and emergence of Huayouza 62 and Huashuang 5, Qian Jing Ding promoted emergence more obvious of Huayouza 9, Shengguang 127 and Huashuang 5. In addition to Huazao 291,H7 and H9 significouldtly reduceed the average emergence time of most varieties, improved emergence index significouldce;dressing seed coating could promote the rapeseed emergence index.Integrated the germination and emergence of two varieties under different temperature, H7, QH9 could improve the emergence rate, average emergence time and seedling vigor index, mix seed coating treatment had a tendency to reduce germination rate under different temperature, the reduction of Dan Tiao was more than Qian Jing Ding, the reduction was serious under high temperature, Qian Jing Ding at three temperatures were appropriate, Dan Tiao was fit for used at normal temperature.Effect of different ways of drying and storage on coating seed germination emergence was different. The stability of Huayouza 9 was higher than in Zhongshuang 11;Indoor air drying > drying in 35 ℃ bake >drying under the sunshine, dry storage >Cold storage >refrigeration indoor, so in practice taking indoor air again after storage works in drying oven after seed coating could maintain the treatment effect. 3 Group optimization formula combined with seed coating processing rapeseeds could realize that quickly germination and increase yield5 kinds optimization group formula(QH7, WH7, H9, TH9, H12) of thwas experiment could promote seed germination of pod number per plant, increased economic yield per plant under the condition of potted plant low temperature. QH7, H9, TH9, H12 treatment promotes the emergence rate, emergence rate and the final emergence rate of Huayouza 9 was higher than Huayouza 62, WH7, H12 and TH9 all could increase the pod number per and economic yield per plant in two varieties.Optimizing formula group TH7 processing under the condition of potted plant low temperature accelerated the rape seed germination emergence rate and increase final germination rate, pod number per plant increased, increased production, improved the economic coefficient, different varieties had different promoting effect.In emergence rate Huayouza 9 > Shengguang 127 > Huazao 291 > Huayouza 62 > Zhongshuang 11, the final germination rate under different varieties in low temperature was different, Huayouza 9 > Shengguang 127 > Huazao 291 > Zhongshuang 11> Huayouza 62 under the low temperature. 4 Sprayed suitable plant growth regulating substances could improve yield of rapeseed in seedling stageSprayed P2, P7, M2, M1B2, M3B2 had a significouldtly reduced on plant height;P1~P3, P4, P6 and P7 had enlargement effect to root stout, P2, P7 enlargement effect was obvious;P1, P2, P6 and P7 could delaying leaf senility of rapeseed, increased the leaf number;P2, P5 and P7, M1, M2, M1B1 could increased the SPAD value in two varieties;P2, P7, M3B2 reduced the branch werea biggest, dwarf effect was obvious;M3B2 increased the pod number per plant significouldtly, increased grain number per pod.Comprehensive, we screened three kinds of good recipe(P2, P7, M3B2) which sprayed in seedling stage could reduce plant height, increased stem diameter, lower branch werea, increased the number of leaves, improved SPAD value, in period of vegetative growth of rape were favorable for the formation of rapeseed reasonable plant type, conducived to the accumulation of dry matter and increased the economic yields of rapeseed.
