Design Of Test-bed For Performance Test On Straw Crusher

When the straw crusher in use its work performance is reflected by the straw crushing rate and the power consumption.The former can be determined in the field through collecting some straw and weighing,but the latter is hard to determine because of the change factors such as blades numble, shaft structure, body weigh and straw resistence. However, in order to develop low-carbon argriculture and save enrgy, it is important to determine the power consumption. On the other hand, the power consumption can be seemed from the force of the rotation rate and torque which can differ from kinds of crusher structures, that will lead the different crushing rates even the same input power for these crushers. So it is also crucial to optimize blade structure parameters through analysising the rotation rate and touque that will help to promote the crusher performance.To analysis performance of straw crusher this thesis developed a test-bed including mechanical working parts and a measurement and control system,the specific content and design method as follow:1) Consider from applicability and practicability,the test-bed apply to various types of crushers.,and the transmitting mechanism has the fuction of protecting the sensor and motor.2) With seriel conmunication between host conputer and transducer, intelligently start the motor and change the speed.3) Based on Lab VIEW and SQL Server a specialized software was developed to start the signal acquisition and complete the data processing,analysis and management.The software can display image and query the historical data.With the Test-bed several straw crushers have been tested and the result verified the operbility and reliability.The test-bed was identified by AnHui Agricultural Machinery Testing Station and AnHui Electronic Products Supervision Inspection Institude.
