| My country is a great agricultural country,and there are a lot of straw resources in agricultural production.These resources are not easy to collect and comprehensively utilize,resulting in great resource waste and fire hazards.Rice straw is one of the most difficult types of straws to collect and utilize.The crushing process of Rice straw is a key link in the comprehensive utilization of Rice straw.The crushed Rice straw is easier for subsequent utilization.According to the needs of the existing straw utilization methods,the comprehensive utilization of straw needs to be crushed to a certain particle size before further utilization.Due to the difficulty of crushing straw,the proportion of high-value utilization in the comprehensive utilization of straw is low.In this paper,the problem of high toughness of field rice straw is not easy to be crushed and comprehensive utilization is studied,and a self-propelled Straw crusher is designed to facilitate the collection,storage,transportation and subsequent comprehensive utilization of Rice straw.In this paper,through the analysis of the physical properties of the straw and the cutting properties of the straw,the theoretical research on the cutting process of the Straw crusher is carried out.In view of the high toughness of straw,a composite straw crushing machine suitable for crushing straw was designed by combining the principle of drum cutting and crushing with hammer crushing,and the cutter parameters that affect crushing effect were analyzed.,The specific structure design of the drum type cutting and crushing tool,the intermediate throwing device,the hammer crushing tool and the recovery fan of the compound crushing machine is carried out.According to the requirements of the field working environment,the carrying chassis of the straw crushing machine is analyzed and selected.The whole machine is modeled by solid works software,and the structure design of the whole machine is carried out.Based on the structural design of the straw crush machine,finite element analysis and optimization of the key components of the straw crusher machine were carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.Combining the existing research foundation of straw material characteristics with the design tool of this machine,the force of each component is calculated and determined.The static analysis of the main components of the drum cutter,drum cutter assembly and hammer-type crushing frame plate is carried out,and it is verified whether the main components meet the rigidity and strength requirements.The modal analysis was carried out on the drum cutter assembly with rotary motion and the hammer mill cutter frame assembly,and it was determined that they would not produce resonance,so as to ensure the stability and safety of the compound straw crushing machine.According to the results of static analysis and modal analysis of the frame plate,it is determined that the hammer-type tool frame plate has an optimization space,and the core component frame plate is optimized.The driving performance and crushing effect of the prototype are tested and verified,and the test results are analyzed and summarized. |
