“Mechanized ecological fertile soil planting engineering” is a new cultivation mo de proposed and tested by the Shandong University of Technology. It integrates the a dvantages of conservation tillage and intensive and meticulous farming in order to pr otect the ecology and improve soil fertility as the main purpose. The tillage, rotary co mbination, loose soil tillage measures and other measures of ecological achieve crop p roduction mechanization. Science of straw, used for surface protection and fertility, is t he key to the new work mode. At present, wheat and corn no tillage sowing technol ogy has been widely popularized. To deal with straw for creating a good condition f or planting is also very important. However, the existing smashed straw machine gen erally has two problems: one is the operation mode of traction. It accepts position cont rol mode of traction. When it works, the tractor wheel rut directly affects the work pr ocess with unstable work quality. So the phenomenon that you can’t break even hit th e straw often happens. Another is the transmission reliability problem. The belt drive i s widely used in operation.when the load is large with serious overheating, the trans mission reliability is bad.It is easy to slip and burn zone. Operation quality can’t be guaranteed and it has short service life. Aiming at these problems, the essay puts for ward a design scheme of copying the crushed straw returning machine for further stu dy of reliability of gear transmission system.In structure, the whole scheme accepts design of adjustable floating type profilin g bridge. Two front ranges of profiling wheel height can be adjusted, and the rear co pying roller has an effect of compaction at the same time; In terms of transmission,it adopts unilateral gear transmission with high load operation in order to ensure its liability of transmission; Combined flail with high speed crushing mechanism is ado pted on straw smashing in order to ensure the quality of grinding. The working prin ciple is that: we adjust the front two profiling wheel height before the operation in order to make sure that the knife in the crushed straw raised a certain depth(2cm) o f topsoil which is mixed with crushed straw; The handle is arranged in the floatin g position of tractor hydraulic traction machine so that the stability of soil depth stays the same; straw crushing mechanism is of high speed, and combination flail smash th e straw into appropriate thickness of powder, which is mixed with the raised topsoi l; the rear profile roller is compact with smooth function.We had a further study of gear transmission system. Gear box is composed of four gears to ensure the transmission reliability. It provides reliable power for the core components of work-- high speed and high load operation of smashing roller. Also it improves operational continuity and efficiency. We had dynamics researches about k ey components of gear transmission system. We had an analysis of volatile heavy l oad transmission force to provide a basis for the design of the gear transmission syst em reliability.The innovation of this paper is that : the use of copying homework design and flo ating traction are better for quality; according to the high demands of no tillage sowi ng and subsequent irrigation, we put forward the mixed soil compaction technology req uirements, and designed adjustable profiling mechanism, which can adjust depth accor ding to the amount of straw and soil moisture conveniently for smooth surface, no str aw and weeds; unilateral gear transmission system is of high transmission reliability. Dynamic study can provide reference for similar design.
