Dibble-type transplanting device is a core component of dibble-type transplanter, the structural size and rules of movement directly affect the quality of seedling planting. In view of the present Dibble-type transplanter in the transplanting process appears that the up-film hole size is too large, the transplanter is easy to tear and scrape film, and other issues. Starting with the structure parameters of transplanter and analyzing Movement characteristic coefficient "λ", researched the up-film hole sizeImproved the structural arrangement and the size of the components, completed the three-dimensional model, analyzes the influence that spatial cam size and shape changes for transplanter cup mouth closing amplitude, determined the link between the various parameters, using pro/grogram completed the parameterized design for whole planter improved, when dropping seedling cup size changed, the components in the dibble-type transplanting device will complete the corresponding changes under the planting quality, it is not need to re-establish the model, saved the time for motion simulation.Established 3D model of planting device and manufactured it. Through the field contrast test on 2 kinds of planting devices, analyzed its impact on the up-film hole size. And then through changing the movement coefficient, the coefficient take the value of 1.008、1.047、1.088、1.136、1.184、1.238、1.361、 Researched the change regulation that the effect of coefficient on the up-film hole sizeThe test shows that the transverse hole size Reduced by average 45%, the longitudinal hole size, Reduced by average 20%.When coefficient gradually become larger, the average value of transverse and longitudinal hole size first decreased and then increased, when λ=1.238 the transverse and longitudinal hole size is the smallest, the average value of transverse size is 1.85 centimeter. And the average value of longitudinal size is 7.1 centimeter.it proved that the coefficient exist optimal value.
