In this paper, Guangxi Jinxiu taro was used to be a material to establish the Rapid Propagation System.By experimental study, fount out most suitable methods of explants sterilization, the most suitable mediums, auxin and combination of hormone for bud multiplication and root induction, the most suitable matrix for transplanting and the best fertilizer, which could be was established the Rapid Propagation Technology System of Jinxiu taro in vitro. In the reaserch polyploid of Jinxiu taro, screened the best combination of colchicine concentration and time, finally, identified induced plants by cytology.results are as follows:1. The best combination of sterilization is 75% alcohol 60s+0.13% HgCl2 40min. The survival rate of 75% alcohol + HgCl2 treatment was better than the HgCl2 treatment only.2. The most suitable basic medium of aseptic buds multiplication is MS. the most suitable auxin for aseptic buds multiplication is NAA.3. MS+0.2mg/L NAA+4.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L PP333+30mg/L sucroce was the best medium for asepsis bud multiplication of Jinxiu taro.The bud multiplication multiples was 3.90.4. The best medium combination for rooting was 1/2MS+1.0mg/L NAA+3mg/L ABT-6. The rooting rate was 100.00%.5. The most suitable matrix was the import matrix. Transplanting survival rate was 100%. The best fertilization was compound fertilizer + urea (0.3%+0.3%).6. The most effective way of polyploid induction was 0.2% colchicine for 4 days in Dropping or 2 days in Immersion.7. Identification by cytological, the chromosome number of tetraploid of taro was 2n=4x=56. Meanwhile, the chromosome number of diploid was 2n=2x=28.
