Studies On Strategies And Countermeasures Of Kunming Wild Edible Fungi Resource Protection And Utilization

In recent years, as quick development of Yunnan edible fungi industry, wild edible fungi industryof kunming has been developing quickly also. Not only can farmers acquire benefits, but also itcontributes to new village construction. As centre of Yunnan province, the abundant wild edible fungiresource lays a solid foundation for kunming wild edible fungi industry development.However, there is not a special department to manage the wild mushroom resource and the quantityof wild edible fungi has been decreasing. The main problem of resource protection is inharmoniousrelationship between protection and utilization, lack of protection management and of science andtechnology support. Although achievement has been acquired in wild edible fungi utilization, there aresome problem to solve. For example, simple type, low development of products, low technology contentand quality safe. Based on these problem, the situation of resource protection and initialization hasbeen investigated and we have analyzed the reasons and put forward some solution for resourceprotection and utilizationThe solution is as follow.
