From1949to1980years forthe rural reform development stage of wheat production, subdivided into four small stage.The1949~1958is the wheat production recovery and development stage, itscharacteristic is the area increased, the per unit area yield, total yield greater growth,increase the yield and planting area increased the total yield was44.3%and55.7%respectively. In1959~1964for wheat production decline stage, the planting area andyield level decreased, contribution rate of30.6%and69.4%respectively. Area reductionis the main reason.1965~1975is the cultivation stage to deep planting is the center,wheat production has increased steadily. The total yield of wheat growth of55.4%on theimprovement of yield, increase44.7%the planting area. Yield of1976~1980is thewheat production stage, and all kinds of area have larger fluctuation, result in wheatproduction is the steady development of wheat production stage from1981to1997,subdivided into3small phase, from1981to1985is low to middle period of transition,the fastest is the first production in wheat production history stage.In1986~1992is theproduction slowdown phase.1993~1997is middle to high stage, is the second fastestgrowing period in the history.In1998~2013for wheat production recovery and tuningphase structure, divided into two small stage, from1998to2003for the continuousproduction stage.2004~2013is production rapid development phase, to achieve " output for ten consecutive years ".
