Grapes are one of the most popular fruits in China.The amount of grape demand inChina is increasing, grape industry has made considerable development. Grape plantingarea is becoming larger and larger in HeBei province, but the mechanization level is stillrelatively low, especially grapes wintering buried rattan management, which is mostly byhand, with low production efficiency and high labor intensity. Home-made buried trenchequipments are used in some places, but its performance is not ideal, and it is difficult toguarantee the quality. In view of this situation, on doing research on the grape plantingagronomic requirements and existing vine burying machine, analyze the advantages anddisadvantages, we developed a throwing typed grape vine burying machine, and the corecomponents of the performance are analyzed and structure optimized.Throwing typed grape vine burying machine’s soil fetching is made up of shoveland set board, then the soil is evenly thrown to the side of the vine through the rotation ofsoil throwing blades in the earth plate, and then the vine overwintering buried rattanmanagement is done. According to the requirement of grape planting spacing andagronomic,the grapevine burying operation for tractor power parameters are selected,and the overall structure, suspension parameters, mining depth and soil throwing height,the structure of transmission system and transmission ratio with this power aredetermined. Using the AIP design accelerator to determine the frame size andtransmission gear drive structure, and uses belt transmission between the power outputshaft and a transmission box. The width of the soil fetching shovel is600mm,the depth is250mm,which can meet the grape overwintering buried on the soil volume requirements.The focus is on the analysis and calculation of soil throwing blades, and determines thebest buried speed, realizes the soil matching and throwing and walking speed. Using thefinite element analysis (FEA)method to throwing soil blade shovel and we do threedimensional stress structure analysis to it.At last we improve the structure parameters ofthe throwing soil blade shovel based on stress analysis results, which makes the safetyfactor between2~5, to ensure enough strength during the excavation, soil crushing,throwing process, which can avoid the permanent occurrence of bending deformation orfailure. Based on the results of finite element to optimize the structure, completing thethrowing type grapevine burying3D digital prototype machine, to do virtual interferencedetection on the whole machine, to ensure that no assembly interference, based onthree-dimensional model to generate two-dimensional drawings, do prototype trial andtest application, and the results show that: the machine can complete the single sampling,soil throwing, soil covered work requirements, soil fetching is large, soil breaking even,and throwing soil with high efficiency, and the design achieves the grapevine buryingwork of agricultural requirements.
