The grape is one of the main fruit types in our country. In recent years, with the fastdevelopment of the economy of our country, the grape industry develops very well. There are anincreased number of people realizing the high nutritional value of grapes, and the demand ofgrapes is also increased. The output of the grape in our country has ranked the fifth worldwideuntil2005; however the mechanization level of producing grapes in our country is relatively low,especially during the grape planting process, burying vine operation is mainly depend on manualoperation, the quality of the manual operation is bad and the efficiency is low, besides the laborintensity is high and there is a cost of lots of manpower, which influenced the marketcompetitiveness of the grape greatly, thus to restrict the developing prospect of the grape.Regarding to the problem, according to researches of the grape planting situation and the usingsituation of grape buried vine machine during the winter, the essay researches on a new type ofgrape buried vine machine based on the analysis of the advantages.The machine borrows soil via a rotary tillage, then the soil is transported evenly to the grapevines covered by a film on one side of the machine via a throwing board of the soil thrower,which solving the problem of mechanization of grape buried vine machine during the winter. Themachine shows the following features:(1)The designed rotary tillage soil part in the essay, effectively solving the problem ofgrape buried vine machine loosening soil, breaking soil, throwing soil and borrowing a largeamount of soil. During the work, the width of borrowing soil is100cm; the deepest depth is17cm,which can satisfy requirements of the amount of the needed soil of grape buried vine machines indifferent years.(2)The designed throwing soil part system in the essay, can evenly and intensively throwgrape vines on one side, thus to reduce the dispersion of the soil and improve utilization rate ofthe buried vine soil.(3)The designed covering vine film system in the essay, can gather the grape vines afterbeing cut in the autumn together, thus to reduce the burden of grilled vines in the spring. Thestructure is simple and compact, and the performance is reliable, which shows a new conception.According to experiments of simulating the buried vine system and the covering vine filmsystem, in this paper, design of buried grape vine machine can meet the requirements of varioustypes of grapevine winter, the work of burying vines in the winter can be finished, besides thegrape vines can be gathered and covered with film before covering soil, thus to reduce theprocedure of strapping vines before burying vines, to reduce the labor intensity of burying vines inthe winter and grilling vines in the spring. The system is designed reasonably, which providestechnical supports for our country’s mechanically planting grapes.
