It is one of the effective way to relieve the biomass energy crisis with forest tending leftovers into a substance, but we mainly rely on artificial to collect the materials, the efficiency is low, the cost is high, at present our country has not this kind of high efficiency and low cost of forest tending leftovers collect baling machinery and equipment, forestry biomass resources collection problem restricted the development of the industry.This paper analyzed and summarized the leftovers collection equipment both home and abroad, innovatively put forward the combination of mechanical and manual reversal forestry residues of lifting mechanism of six pole way of baling branch collection, by the coordinates graphical method to determine three motion mechanism relationship with collecting shrubs shrub, baling shrubs, unloading kinetic, the position of each hinge point and structure size of the parts, designed the hydraulic driving system, with the help of Simulation completed the statics analysis and optimization design for key parts, through ADAMS software did simulation process of hydraulic crawler half mechanization of baling machine about driving performance and baling, no motion dead center and interference phenomenon, check the performance of the hydraulic system, met the requirement, stress and deformation meet the requirements, it realized the function of zero turning radius, the lifting height and the uninstall distance meet the requirements, baling machine running stablely enough, baling operation reliable and practical.
