Electrostatic Sprayer is a core component of the electrostatic sprayer, which is part of the implementation of spraying operations, the main role is to achieve liquid atomization and droplet charge. Atomization performance, high spray quality, uniform spray of fine droplets, droplet charge to provide the preconditions; spray angle and size is directly related to the coverage of the pesticide, spray angle can play a reasonable increase in reducing power sprayer consumption, increasing the utilization of pesticides and so on. Spray angle pneumatic electrostatic nozzle is to evaluate the nozzle atomization of the key factors, first by the finite element modal analysis of the improved strength electrostatic nozzle analyzed to determine air pressure, water pressure on the spray angle determine improved the nozzle spray angle increased; then through experimental modal analysis, to continue to study under the improved strength electrostatic nozzle different structural parameters of air pressure, water pressure, and the charging voltage and other work conditions on the strength electrostatic nozzle spray angle; last Taking all factors to select the best combination of levels, the Institute was concluded as follows:(1) through simulation modal analysis, trends under different pressure, water pressure, spray angle of aperture, spray angle nozzle structure determination improved electrostatic force on the gas nozzle increased. The results showed that:the air pressure, water pressure spray angle affecting the working conditions. When the air pressure increases, the spray angle increases as the pressure increases; When the pressure increases, the spray angle with increasing pressure there after the first increase and then decrease; When the aperture increases, Pneumatic electrostatic nozzle spray angle increases at first and then decreases, the aperture increases the flow of traffic increases, there is a certain increase in the spray angle. In summary, select the optimal level of pressure0.25Mpa, aperture1.3mm, water pressure is0.05Mpa, the spray angle maximum.(2) In the experimental modal analysis, set up a pilot test system using the improved strength electrostatic nozzle test. Test is divided into two parts:pressure, pressure, influence the charging voltage on the nozzle and nozzle spray angle of the impact of structural parameters on the nozzle spray angle. The test results show that when the nozzle structural parameters of linear diversion spiral groove4, nozzle aperture of1mm, the inner diameter of6mm thickness of the insulating block8mm,4mm thick copper inside diameter10mm, working conditions for the pressure of0.25Mpa, pressure0.1Mpa, charging voltage time-1000V is a spray angle reaches the maximum. the maximum is34.2°.
