Tea Farmers’ Willingness About The Construction Of Ecological Tea Garden And It’s Promoting Mechanism

Ecological civilization has become one of the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics "Five in One".And, China has2.579million hectares tea garden, accounting for57.8%of the world total area of tea garden. Therefore, the ecological construction of tea garden become an urgency project.In this paper, we take Anxi County,the country’s first tea-producing county as an example, to know,the construction and dissemination of ecological tea garden, to investigate the tea farmers willingness about the construction of ecological tea garden,using the logistic econometric model to identify the key factors, finally to propose appropriate policy recommendations and joint security mechanism on promoting the construction of ecological tea garden for tea farmer.In this paper,we aim to provide some recommendations on promoting the ecological construction of tea garden, the sustainable development of tea industry, the construction of rural ecological civilization by improving the ecological environment and preventing soil erosion of tea plantation.The paper’s main content and conclusions are as follows:First, through the information from management department and representative of tea garden,we learned that they had achieved some ecological effects and economic benefits on exploring and implementing the "5+1" ecological tea garden construction mode,that is,"tree, grass, manure, water, road" with "pollution-free tea garden management".But there are still some tea garden lag back on the ecological constructionn and with serious soil erosion.And specially the tea farmers’garden ecological situation is not optimistic.At the same time there is some small-scale,single and scattered tea garden, the owners lack capital, labor, and their awareness to promote ecological construction of tea garden is not strong.Second, through the outcome of181random questionnaire survey,we found that the tea garden is small and scattered, the ecological construction can’t keep up with; the tea farmers have not understand the construction of ecological tea garden accurately enough; the tea farmers have strong willingness on construction of ecological tea garden but with insufficient capacity; the construction of ecological tea garden present problems,like low profits, the lack of labor, and insufficient funds.Third, the analysis of logistic econometric model showed that the ecological tea garden construction costs and earnings ecological tea garden impact on the construction of ecological tea farmers willingness to reach a significant level, and ecological tea-building training and ecological tea garden construction subsidies impact on the construction of ecological tea farmers willingness to reach a significant level, adjacent tea garden ecology also have a greater impact on the construction of ecological tea farmers will.Forth, On the basis of the above research,we proposed that we can promote the dissemination of ecological construction of tea garden from training and guidance,construction and demonstration of ecological tea contiguous tissue,reasonable compensation for the construction of ecological tea externalities, professional services to reduce the ecological tea garden management costs, and replace subsidies to keep improving revenue.Fifth, through according to local conditions innovation ecological mode; multi-point demonstration; companies led the implementation of the home; strengthen incentives, highlighting the effectiveness; information disclosure, supervision and other joint measures to guarantee the effective dissemination of ecological tea garden in the tea farmers.
