In this paper,with25kinds of landrace pears as materials, Survey and Evaluation on main morphologyCharacteristics, Fruit Quality, Cold Resistance of landrace pears in Xinjiang. The main researeh resultswere as follows:1. The main morphology characteristics of25landrace pears were carried out that,Xinjiang landracepears seem to be similar on appearance, but it is some different on Leaf Shape, Leaf size, Edge of foliage,Number of flowers, petal color, location petal, location stigma, anther color, seed color, seed shape, seedsize, fruit shape, fruit color and other botany morphology.2. The fruit quality of25landrace pears showed that,13quality indexes have different coefficient ofvariation, the range of coefficient of variance was from12.278%to81.160%, the histogram of most qualityindexes present normal distribution, and Minority quality indexes present ascending or descendingdistribution. Among fruit quality indexes have some relevance,11correlation coefficient had significantcorrelation at α=0.05level and16correlation coefficient had significant correlation at α=0.01level among91correlation coefficient, most quality indexes have no significant correlation.5components were extractedfrom the thirteen quality parameters which explained78.113%of initial variables in principal componentanalysis. and the formula of quality evaluation of landrace pears was as follow:F=0.322F1+0.214F2+0.174F3+0.155F4+0.124F5.The comprehensive score of25landrace pears wascalculated by the model, and then sorted.The comprehensive score of Sha che dong xiang liwas highestthan other pears,as1.2525,Sha che wan hong xiang was lower than others,-0.8571.3. The cold resistance of25landrace pears showed that, REC of increased by low temperaturestress;The MDA content level showed that overall were increasing;MDA content in some varieties wereincreased at the beginning and then decreased;The soluble protein, soluble sugar and Free proline contentlevels showed that increased at the beginning and then decreased.
