With the rapid development of modern agriculture, research composting organic waste treatment plant more and more attention, the field is also growing its development. Composting is a low-cost way of recycling organic matter, the development of circular economy is an important strategy for national economic and social development, by studying the impact composting pruning the branches of fruit trees on waste, not only can improve the soil, resource recovery, harmless utilization of waste branches, but also to protect the environment, to solve the problem of environmental pollution, the development of circular economy.In this paper, discarded winter vine-prunings compost raw materials, aerobic composting, composting vine-prunings techniques are reviewed, the current utilization of grape branches, composting definitions, methods, systems, and soil and compost plant the statistics and impact were summarized by study the regulation of different C/N ratio and the influence of different agents added processing of winter vine-prunings compost effect, the results showed that:1 different C/N ratio of waste treatment winter vine-prunings compost temperature, moisture content, pH and other maturity indicators have a significant impact. The initial C/N ratio of 25 to handle more conducive to vine-prunings compost, its longest duration at high temperatures, decomposition of the best.2. By adding processing agents winter vine-prunings, can effectively improve the relevance of winter vine-prunings compost maturity, the quality and efficiency of the compost has a significant impact. Add agents treating organic matter degradation of compostable materials more pronounced effect of compost added 2 best agents to quickly rising stockpile temperature, increase the efficiency of composting, compost nutrient increase, considering, in the future production of compost processing, recommended to add two pairs of agents fermented vine-prunings.
