This paper selects the Tacheng area wild fruit forest acquisition of AmygdalusLedebouriana Schlecht. fruit as material determination of nutrient, selection of pottedXinjiang wild almond (Amygdalus Ledebouriana Schlecht.) as the test materials, the responsefrom the biological characteristics and physiological and biochemical point of Xinjiang wildalmond water stress, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Xinjiang wild almond nuts reached50.62%, while the crude fat content of the fleshonly21.56%. Compared with other kinds of cultivated almond, content advantage is notobvious;2. In contrast to the soluble protein content in different parts of Xinjiang wild almondfruit pulp, soluble protein content was0.0016mg/g, the soluble protein content in kernel is0.0033mg/g, the content of soluble protein and soluble protein content of nuts wassignificantly higher than that of flesh; compared with several other cultivated almond, contentadvantage is not obvious;3. The content of trace elements determination showed that the content of iron in21.35mg/kg pulp Xinjiang wild almond nuts45.45mg/kg below, Cu3.7mg/kg and kernel3.65mg/kg is basically the same, three kinds of mineral elements content of calcium,magnesium, manganese were higher than the nuts.4. Comparison of different weight, Xinjiang wild almond fruit soluble sugar content,soluble sugar contents increased with the increase in weight, the dry weight of0.04g, solublesugar content is2.57%, the dry weight of0.05g, soluble sugar content is3.79%, the dryweight of0.06g, soluble sugar content3.82%, the dry weight of0.07g, soluble sugar contentis5.09%, the average dry weight of fruit is0.054g, the average soluble sugar contents of3.54%.5. In the pot experiment, watering after15d, Xinjiang wild almond cell membrane andno serious damage.20d relative plasmalemma permeability reaches the maximum value, withthe increase of drought days, the content of soluble sugar in Xinjiang wild flat peach is on therise, with the increase of MDA content of drought, Xinjiang wild in tonsil showed increasingtrend, the water after10~25d increase is not large, the determination results are displayed inthe stop watering for20~30d, the determination results change significantly, shows that inthe Xinjiang wild almond water shortage in20~30d, the cells began to appear seriousdamage.
