Lodging of maize was serious under the condition of high density cultivation. It’s veryimportant to improve yield and lodging of maize by using plant growth regulators. In this paper,we selected Kendan10as the experimental material. Maize was sprayed MiGao2at the leaf ageof7,9,11,13and15. The amount of MiGao2was1500mL·ha-1. Research effects of MiGao2onlodging of maize. The results were as follows:1. The content of hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin increased. Spraying MiGao2at the leafage of7,9,11,13and15, the content of hemicellulose increased3.55%,11.66%,16.47%,21.63%and25.84%. The content of fiber increased20.98%,29.75%,59.43%,85.09%and103.80%. The content of lignin increased14.50%,25.08%,39.05%,55.87%and71.11%.2. The anti-fracture of stem and the anti-puncture force of skin of maize enhanced. SprayingMiGao2at the leaf age of7,9,11,13and15, the bending force of stalk of maize enhanced20.20%,23.78%,23.90%,90.57%and138.38%, and the puncture force of skin of maizeenhanced22.57%,106.58%,111.39%,138.24%and163.64%.3. The content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll, the activity of nitrate reductase andperoxidase in the leaves improved. Spraying MiGao2at the leaf age of7,9,11,13and15, thecontent of soluble sugar in the leaves increased33.93%,46.63%,87.35%,84.86%and49.55%.The activity of nitrate reductase in the leaves improved17.19%,20.21%,25.61%,26.65%and29.09%. The chlorophyll content improved18.50%,18.62%,25.99%,35.68%and37.06%. Theactivity of the peroxidase in the leaves improved1.14%,7.99%,13.38%,23.18%and27.32%.4. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the leaves increased. SprayingMiGao2at the leaf age of7,9,11,13and15, the content of nitrogen increased33.93%,46.63%,87.35%,84.86%and49.55%. The content of phosphorus increased45.36%,74.68%,89.83%,120.27%and146.33%. The content of potassium increased110.77%,232.30%,173.18%,391.42%and453.83%.Anti-lodging, nutrient utilization and quality and anti-aging of maize improved by sprayingMiGao2. MiGao2can be widespread application.
