Research On Technologies Of Regional Push For Agricultural Information

The study of agricultural informatization aims at promoting the practical application and widegeneralization of the scientific and technological achievements inagriculture. It uses theinformationalized method combined with the reality to help rural peasants to acquire the scientific andtechnological information of agriculture timely and to solve the problems encountered in theagricultural management efficiently. Agricultural information service is an important link of agriculturalinformation construction and the principal part of agricultural information service are users who engagein agricultural production and management and ordinary famers account for most of the users Owing tofarmers`s poor ability to obtain information, they have great difficulty in picking out useful informationfrom the massive agricultural information.According to the Agricultural information resources in theYanshan of Cangzou in the Hebei province, this paper studies regional information push technology tomake the personalized service of scientific and technological information serve the rural peasants betterby aiding users in different areas to acquire the information timely and efficiently.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:First, it is to have a need analysis of the agricultural information in order to put forward athree-dimensional multi-layer classification technology based on attribute in the time and space﹑inagriculture and in information, build a classification method of closely connected multi-dimensioninformational resource in the agriculture and encode the scientific and technological information inagriculture by conducting a detailed study of the informational classification combined with theAgricultural information resources and by using the mixed classification method of line and surface.Second, it adopts the method of the combination of explicit and implicit to gain information aboutthe interest and uses vector to signify the interest mode of the regional users based on the agricultureitself. Besides, it also comes up the concrete method of updating the interest mode of the regional users.Third, it puts forward the cooperative filtering recommended algorithm, adding the variate of timeand the amount of users’ feedbacks. It turns out that the ameliorated cooperative filtering method issuperior to the traditional one and also improves the recommendation accuracy.Fourth, The agricultural information regional push prototype system, The basic modules ofagricultural information recommendation system is implemented and tested, it has been successfullyapplied in Yanshan County.
