Prophase work of formula fertilization by soil testing technology in China from theaccumulation of70years in the late twentieth Century, has already begun, since2005the state strengthens the formula fertilization by soil testing technology promotionefforts, to2014has gone through10years. Although the national government hasinvested about6bilion yuan, but did not achieve the desired results, there still existsthe problem of technology coverage is not high, wide coverage area without fertilizer.Therefore, this thesis through28administrative villages in8provinces nationwide8County,16towns and282households,30fertilizer dealers survey, from two aspectsof formula fertilization by soil testing and fertilizer application uses, to determine thesoil testing and fertilizer application in the process of limiting factors the fertilizationtechnology, and put forward solutions for the limiting factors; at the same time, thefarmer service and field contrast model was validated. The main results andconclusions are as follows.1In the investigation of282households,60.3%households know of formulafertilization by soil testing, but only18.1%of the households adopted this technology.Including the main limiting factors:(1) the farmers lack of understanding;(2) the lackof expert guidance to farmers recommended;(3) the farmer’s own condition, age,culture degree, gender restrictions;(4) technical effect is not ideal.In order to solve the problem of formula fertilization by soil testing technology usesconstraints problems, the corresponding constraints is proposed to solve the mainmethods:(1) strengthening technology of formula fertilization by soil testing ofpublicity, so that farmers understand the technology;(2) through the organization ofexperts to guide farmers in villages, such as tracking service "technology the smallcourtyard" model of graduate students, can make the formula fertilization by soiltesting technology adoption rate increased by50.1%;(3) strengthen the formulafertilization by soil testing technology training, so that farmers receive technology;(4)establish soil testing Fertilization technology service platform, to provide advice andguidance services to farmers, to ensure the effect of formula fertilization by soiltesting technology.2All households in the survey,170households have formulated fertilizer, but only51households using fertilizer. Including the main limiting factors in the application offertilizer is:(1) the lack of fertilizer, in the investigation of30households in70%fertilizer dealers, distributors no fertilizer;(2) low visibility formula fertilizer,64.7%of the farmers do not know how fertilizer;(3) no experts recommend using fertilizerin the premise, experts recommend;(4) factors of farmers own age, culture level, gender restrictions;(5) fertilizer use did not reach the expected effect of farmers.In order to solve the influence of fertilizer use limitation, improve fertilizer utilizationrate, puts forward the way of solving the main contributions are as follows:(1)fertilizer dealers to buy fertilizer, to ensure that the farmers can buy fertilizer;(2)good fertilizer propaganda work, such as broadcasting, advertising, improve visibilityformula fertilizer;(3) an expert on a tracking guidance, such as the establishment offormula fertilizer demonstration fields, ensure that farmers use fertilizer use, fertilizerrate can improve42.1%;(4) technical training of farmers, for farmers to understandthe formula fertilizer;(5) training for fertilizer dealers, farmers in the use of formulafertilizer, do follow-up Services, ensure the effect of formula fertilization.3The test result show, expert joint application service and formula mast formulaprocessing, is the effective way to solve the application status of formula fertilizationby soil.The results show that, through the graduate Village and farmer "one to oneservice" technology small courtyard pattern, can significantly increase soil testingFertilization Technology adoption rates and increase efficiency. The2013summermaize season57households of soil testing and fertilizer recommendation ofhouseholds, there are36households completely formula fertilization by soil testing(using the formula fertilizer),9part of formula fertilization by soil testing (to buytheir own similar formula compound fertilizer),12households not formulafertilization by soil testing (custom application fertilizer). Complete the average permu yield of technology of farmers and part adopts the technology by farmers is notusing the technology of farmers increased respectively by7.9%,3.6%, at the sametime, also increased the nitrogen partial factor productivity. In summer maize season2012, winter wheat season2012and summer maize Season2013,3field formulationand farmer routine fertilization contrast demonstration, results show that, in the2012Summer Maize season than farmers used prescription treatment increased9.6%, in the2012winter wheat season than farmers used prescription treatment increased6%, inthe2013summer maize season prescription treatment increased13.5%than farmerpractice, verify the effect of formula fertilization by soil testing technology.
