To elucidate the effects of the some cultivation measures at growing tobacco areas of Longhui county on tobacco plant growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, to improve tobacco quality and industrial availability, this paper studied the influence of different cultivation measures such as covering film transplanting methods, transplanting period and topdressing different concentration of manganese, zinc, magnesium on tobacco plant growth and physiochemical indexes at growing tobacco areas of Longhui county. It obtained research results of guiding significance to practical production as follows:1. The experiment results of different mulching transplanting methods were showed that under the low temperature and sunlight climate conditions in spring, covering plastic film after transplanting at tobacco growing areas of Longhui county, the agronomic traits of tobacco plant were better than them of covering plastic film before transplanting and transplanting of uncovering plastic film, and as same as physicochemical properties of the flue-cured tobacco leaves. The tobacco plant agronomic traits of using a woven plastics film were better than it of using ordinary plastic film to cover plastic film after transplanting, and as same as the physicochemical properties of the flue-cured tobacco.2. Research results of different transplanting dates showed that at the tobacco field of tobacco rice continuous cropping in Longhui county, the tobacco plant agronomic traits, processing characteristics, coordination of chemical composition and yield of, tobacco in transplanting tobacco before and after March10th were better than them of transplanting dates in March20th and March30th. Under the same transplanting period conditions, growth condition of tobacco plant and yield in tobacco soil of continuous cropping were lower than that of tobacco rice rotation, but quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was similar as them of tobacco rice continuous croppmg.3. The test results of the different trace element concentration showed that in the tobacco soil of continuous cropping at Longhui county, topdressing200mg/kg manganese,6mg/kg zinc and300mg/kg magnesium can effectively improve the flue-cured tobacco agronomic traits of plant high, maximum leaf length, leaf number, and the flue-cured tobacco physicochemical properties of leaf length, leaf weight, total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen content.
