Transplanting is a key link in the production of flue-cured tobacco, transplanting time and different transplanting way can change the environment of tobacco seedling growth, thus affecting the yield and quality of tobacco leaf. Due to climatic conditions in different areas, there is also difference and suitable methods of transplanting transplanting period. Smoke area should be combined with its ownclimate characteristics to determine the appropriate transplanting technology. Thistest combined with the climate characteristics of Qiandongnan, according to the problems of flue-cured tobacco production in Quanzhou, including transplantingearly low temperature drought, high temperature and other problems caused by thelate adverse impact on Yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, flue-cured tobaccoproduction in Qiandongnan two county (Zhenyuan County, Shi Bing county)expansion test. Through the study on transplanting period, transplanting, quality of tobacco seedling and transplanting and supporting technical measures, the exploration of flue cured tobacco transplanting technology applicable to Qiandongnan, reasonable transplanting in order to take full advantage of flue cured tobacco, the local climatic resources, improve tobacco quality and improvefarmers income. The main results are as follows:1, the temperature is too high or too low is not conducive to tobacco seedlings also seedlings and growth. The experimental study showed that under the March 30thfilm transplanting seedlings survival rate was 97.5%; the highest yield was in April 20th April 10th under the conventional transplanting treatment; membranecomprehensive characters of the best transplanting.2, through the test of different tobacco seedling quality and different transplanting periods can be seen in the April 5th transplanting seedling high potassium content,chlorine content is relatively low, total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine are controlled in a good range, better integrated traits.3, from the agronomic performance of view, the performance of chemical traits agronomic traits, processing deep hole 19cm the best, the performance ofeconomic traits of deep hole 15cm the best. The pore size of agronomic traits oftobacco is not affected, transplanting immediately after drilling the highest plant height, leaf number and effective but also the most, leaf length, Ye Kuan alsolarger.
