This research study natural forage grasses contained tannin, including Viciaamoena Fisch, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Amorpha fruticosa L, Corylaceae leaf, Xylosma racemosum leaf, respectively research dynamic change of leaves of tannin content and nutrient content in growth periods, and make use of in vitro culture method analysis the effect of forage grass on rumen fermentation, to discuss of forage value and suitable use time, and provide basic data basis for Viciaamoena Fisch, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Amorpha fruticosa L, Corylaceae leaf, Xylosma racemosum leaf as a new type of feed resources further development and utilization.Experimentation 1:The changes of the different growth period contains tannin foragesTest uses leaves of Viciaamoena Fisch, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Amorpha fruticosa L, Corylaceae leaf, Xylosma racemosum leaf collected in 2014,6,7,8,9 month early JiLin YanBian ChangBai Mountain region, determination of the total content of polyphenols, content of simple polyphenols, content of tannins inthe leaves of samples by Folin Ciocalteu reagent colorimetric method, determination of the content of condensed tannins by Vanillin-HCl method, using the method of conventional analysis measured moisture, CP, NDF, ADF and crude ash content in plant samples. Experimental results show that the contents of total polyphenols, simple polyphenols, tannins, condensed tannins were various as the different plant species, and along with the months change in an irregular wave type. Overall performance for the total polyphenols content is greater than the total tannins content, total tannins content is more than simple polyphenols content, simple polyphenols content is greater than the condensed tannins content, the lowest total polyphenols and tannins content is Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in September 39.20 g/kg, and the highest is Viciaamoena Fisch in August 131.18 g/kg, the lowest simple polyphenols content is Xylosma racemosum leaf’xn. June 8.03 g/kg, and the highest is Corylaceae leaf in June 39.38 g/kg, the lowest tannins content is Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June 25.85 g/kg, the highest is Viciaamoena Fisch in August 106.88 g/kg, the lowest condensed tannins content is Amorpha fruticosa L. in September 3.48 g/kg, the highest is Viciaamoena Fisch in August 18.26 g/kg. Plant species are the main factors influencing the plant phenolic content, plant growth period could also affect phenolic content.Experimentation 2:The influence of different growth period contains tannin forages on rumen fermentationThe test uses the in vitro simulating rumen fermentation system, take plant samples as rumen fermentation substrate, train 72 hours, and at 3,6,12,24,36,48,72 hours of samples respectively. Determination the pH value, NH3-N content, gas production and methane production, VFA content of rumen fermentation. In the 72 h after fermentation the results show that:Aspect of pH values, Viciaamoena Fisch in July pH 5.90, Amorpha fruticosa L. in June pH 5.65, Corylaceae leaf in June pH 5.73, Xylosma racemosum leaf in September pH 5.81 are significantly higher than the same plant of other months (P<0.01), Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in July pH 5.57 is significantly higher than in June (P<0.01). Aspect of NH3-N content, Viciaamoena Fisch in September 16.01 mg/dL, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June 28.48 mg/dL, Amorpha fruticosa L. in September 19.04 mg/dL, Corylaceae leaf in September 24.64 mg/dL, Xylosma racemosum leaf in. September 8.74 mg/dL are significantly higher than the same plant of other months (P<0.01). Aspect of gas production, Viciaamoena Fisch in September 208.33 ml, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June 229.67 ml, Amorpha fruticosa L. in September 209.33 ml, Corylaceae leaf in September 206.67 ml, Xylosma racemosum leaf in June 143.67 ml are significantly higher than the same plant of other months (P<0.01). Aspect of methane production, Viciaamoena Fisch in August 245.44 umol is significantly lower than in June and in September (P<0.01), Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June 932.60 umol is significantly lower than in August and in September (P<0.01), Amorpha fruticosa L. in June 660.78 umol and Corylaceae leaf in June 549.65 umol are significantly lower than the same plant of other months (P<0.01), Xylosma racemosum leaf in July 348.33 umol is significantly lower than in August and in September (P<0.01). Aspect of VFA concent, Viciaamoena Fisch in September 80.31m mol/L is significantly higher than in June (P<0.05), in August and in September (P<0.01), Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June 95.11 m mol/L and Amorpha fruticosa L. in September 78.95 m mol/L are significantly higher than the same plant of other months (P<0.01), Corylaceae leaf in July 72.25 m mol/L is significantly higher than in June and in August (P<0.05) and in August (P<0.01), Xylosma racemosum leaf in June 51.71 m mol/L is significantly higher than in July(P<0.01). In conclusion, Viciaamoena Fisch in June, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz in June, Amorpha fruticosa L. in September, Corylaceae leaf in. July, Xylosma racemosum leaf in August compared to the same plant of other months, its contains tannins can significantly increase the content of VFA, improve the propionic acid content, NH3-N content meet the demand of rumen microbes, and will not inhibit normal rumen fermentation.
