This paper based on the mine reclaimed soil as tested soil,Including the three groups of biological fertilizer,weathered coal,sheep dung,a total of 20 measures.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization on soil organic carbon fractions,soil nutrients,enzyme activity of soil and maize growth of coal mine reclamation area.The research results show that:In the mature period of maize,application of fertilizer compared with no fertilizer,the content of organic carbon,active organic carbon and carbon pool management index they were reached significant difference level,and the content of soil organic carbon in weathered coal> biological fertilizer> sheep dung,the content of active organic carbon and soil carbon pool index of three levels trend for the low activity>between the low and high activity>high active.The content of active organic carbon and soil carbon pool management index are showed biological fertilizer>sheep dung>weathered coal.All biological fertilizer compared with no fertilization,biological fertilizer significantly increased the content of soil nutrient,chlorophyll,soil enzyme activity,and the accumulation of dry matter,nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium.At the same time,the effect of biological fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer was higher than the single application of biological fertilizer.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available nitrogen,activity phosphorus,the activity of urease,phosphatase,invertase,and the accumulation of dry matter,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,they were increased gradually with the increase of biological fertilizer usage,and maximum value in the HS3.But the available potassium of soil reached the maximum value in the S3,they were increased 65.9%,56.7%,87.5% and 97.3% than the same period of CK.In the seedling and jointing stage of maize,soil hydrogen peroxidase activity reached the maximum value 1.30mL0.1mol/LKMnO4/(g-20min),1.04mL0.1mol/LKMnO4/(g-20min) in the HS2,they were increased 78.5% and 61.9% compared with the same period of CK;In the tasseling and mature stage of maize,soil hydrogen peroxidase activity reached the maximum value in the S2.In the seedlingjointing and tasseling stage of maize,the content of maize chlorophyll have reached the maximum value 3.03mg/g,1.56mg/g,1.43mg/g in the HS2.In general, The amount of biological fertilizer to use 16g/kg and N0.3g/kg, P2O50.15g/kg had the beeter effect in all of biological fertilizer measures.All of the weathered coal measures and no fertilizer compared to effectively promote the soil fertility and crop growth,weathering coal combined with chemical fertilizer is obviously superior to the single application of weathered coal,the content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,phosphatase activities,the accumulation of dry matter,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and the content of chlorophyll were increased gradually with the increase of weathered coal usage,and reached the maximum value in the HF3.In the seedling and jointing stge of maize,the activity of enzyme reached the maximum value in the HF1,hydrogen peroxidase activity were reaches the maximum in the F1 of weathered coal usage,that is,weathered coal application amount of 4g/kg,the content of available potassium reached the maximum value in the F3.In the jointing,tasseling stage and mature stage of maize,urease activity reached the maximum value in the HF2,respectively increased 1.7 times,1.4 times and 1.6 times over the same period in CK.In general, in all of weathered coal fertilizer measures,weathered coal application with 16g/kg and N 0.3g/kg, P2O50.15g/kg in the role of the best.The nutrient content of soil and maize,and enzyme activity would be decreased in all measures of sheep dung.And sheep dung combined with chemical fertilizer was higher than single application of sheep dung,the content of total nitrogen,activity nitrogen,the activity of phosphatase,sucrose,hydrogen peroxidase were increased gradually with the increase of the amount of sheep dung,they were reached the maximum value in the HY3.Whether the single application of sheep dung or sheep dung combined with chemical fertilizer,the content soil available potassium were increased gradually with the increase of the amount of sheep dung,and reach maximum volue in the Y3,the sheep dung is the use of 16g/kg.The content of total phosphorus,available phosphorus of soil, the accumulation of dry matter,nitrogen phosphorus potassium were reached maximum value in the HY1.In the seedling and jointing stage of maize,soil urease activity reached the maximum value in the HY2,in the tasseling and mature stage of maize,soil urease activity reached the maximum value of 0.209gNH4+-N/(g·24h) and 0.114 gNH4+-N/ (g·24h) in the HY2,respectively increased 2.1 times and 1.6 times over the same period.The effect of chlorophyll content that sheep dung combined with chemical fertilizers is better.That means,different fertilization measures on soil fertility and crop growth were to varying degrees effect,the overall performance of the biological fertilizer was the best,then the sheep dung group,weathered coal group was the poor.The content of soil nutrient showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing in the whole stage of maize.Because the maize growth exuberant gradually,the maximum value reach in the tasseling stage of maize.The soil enzyme activity showed first decreased,then increased and then decreased The dry accumulation and nitrogen phosphorus potassium with the advance of the growth period increased gradually,and reached the maximum in mature period.
