Research On Forest Ecosystem Service Value Dynamic Evaluation In Kanas Tourist Area

Under the background of buliding "Silk Road economic belt", Xinjiang is strive to be the tourism hub of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Kanas Nature Reserve, as the only AAAAA level scenic area in Altay, is one of the most prestigious resort. It can not only significantly improve the surrounding ecological environment, but also boost local social and economic development in a great extent.Based on the theory of ecological economics, taken several service functions into consideration such as maintenance of biological diversity, soil keep, purify atmosphere, forest recreation, scientific research value, organic production, fixing carbon and releasing, nutrient cycling and water conservation forest ecosystem service value evaluation index system was established in this paper. The reason of forest ecosystem service value dynamic change of Kanas Nature Reserve was anlyzed. Specific results are as follows:(1) Kanas tourist area of forest ecosystem services had huge economic value, ecological and economic benefit was obvious. For example, in 2013, Kanas tourist area forest ecosystem service value was6.22 x 109 yuan, and tourism income of tourist area was 11.2 x 108 yuan, GDP of Burqin county was only16.67 x 108 yuan in 2013, forest ecosystem service value is 5.55 times of tourism income, 3.73 times of GDP burqin county.(2) Value of Kanas Scenic Area Forest Ecosystem Service ranked in top three is biodiversity maintenance, soil and water conservation and air purification services value; maintenance of biological diversity, forest recreation service value and scientific value proportion enhances unceasingly.(3)The area of forest and forest ecosystem services value of Kanas tourist area as a whole were falling, but it’s clear that forest area rate was higher than forest ecosystem service value change rate, moreover the unit area service value of forest ecosystem was increasing, which can illustrate the kanas tourist area forest ecosystem services quality was improving.In order to keep the driven role of kanas tourist area to local economy and function of stable ecosystem services for local residents, sustainable development suggestions were put forward as follows:(1)improve the level of scientific management of tourist area, give full play to the role of the regulators of forestry.(2) promote eco-tourism activities.(3) increase the intensity of ecological compensation.(4)establish ecological orientation observatory.
