Dynamic Assessment Of Forest Resources Assets Based On Ecosystem Services

As the main body of terrestrial ecosystem,forest plays an important role in global ecosystem.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and evaluate the economic value of a regional ecosystem service function for the harmonious development of the region’s economy and society.In this paper,the evaluation of Jiulianshan National Nature Reserve in Longnan County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province is helpful to enhance people’s understanding of the diversity of forest resources value,so that people’s eyes not only focus on its economic value.At the same time,increase the attention to ecological benefits.In addition,to provide the basis for local government and departments to introduce relevant policies to enhance the protection of local forest resources.Based on the long-term observation data and related research results of Jiulianshan Nature Reserve,this paper investigates and collects the related data of Jiulianshan Nature Reserve in 2010,2015 and 2020,forest tourism,forest products and so on.Based on the theory of ecosystem service value,this paper evaluates the asset value of seven indexes,such as forest resources,forest land resources,water conservation,soil conservation,carbon sequestration,oxygen release,environment purification and biodiversity value,by using market value method,shadow engineering method and carbon tax law,from two aspects of direct value and indirect value,The dynamic characteristics and trends of its value in the past 10 years are expounded and analyzed.The study concludes that:(1)The economic value of forest ecosystems increased from 577 million in 2010 to 1.25 billion in 2015 and 1.514 billion yuan in 2020,an increase of 940 million yuan,or 162.38 per cent,over the past decade.(2)The indirect value of forest resources in Jiulianshan Nature Reserve is much greater than the direct value.From the results of this review,In 2010,the indirect value was 13.75 times the direct value,93.22% of the total economic value,In 2015,the indirect value was 13.4 times the direct value,93.05%,The indirect value of protected areas is 8.34 times the direct value in 2020,The proportion is 89.3.(3)Many indexes of ecosystem service function and its value in Jiulianshan Nature Reserve show an annual growth trend,and the ranking of 7 indexes has not changed greatly in the past ten years.According to their value,the ranking is:maintaining biodiversity value > carbon sequestration > oxygen release value >maintaining soil value > forest value > purifying environmental value > conserving water value.Among them,the value of biodiversity conservation is the largest,accounting for more than half.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the appreciation of resource assets in Jiulianshan Nature Reserve in order to further enhance the ecological assets of nature reserves and thus better realize the sustainable development of the environment.
