| Zizyphus jujube Mill. is one of our precious native tree species,and jujube fruit nutrition is rich with people’s love deeply.Photosynthesis is resilience and plant growth evaluation of physiological indexes and soil moisture change can affect the leaf water content, which affect the photosynthesis of plants. This study collected the fruit trees at home and abroad for irrigation and irrigation methods on plant photosynthetic indexes on the basis of the research material.In sunny windless weather with the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measuring system, combing with Irrigation and cultivation of fruit trees for field investigation and with Xinjiang southern xinjiang aksu region characteristics of young Zizyphus jujube Mill.‘huizao’ age in ash as the research object.For drip irrigation(W1), well irrigation(W2), flooding(W3)under different irrigation methods, three young gray jujube the diurnal variation of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of each growth period, annual change trend, water cycle and water use efficiency in daily variation, and change the correlation of photosynthetic main indicators and environmental factors were studied, and the initial conclusion is as follows:Photosynthetic parameters daily changes in the growth cycle can be derived from young Z.jujube Mill.‘huizao’, the Pn of W1ã€W2ã€W3 values were lower in leaves, the Pn of W1ã€W3 are a maximum value in the enlargement of the 20.86 μmol·m-2·s-1and 19.85 μmol·m-2·s-1, W2 maxima in fruit set of the 18.36 μmol·m-2·s-1. Each growth stage Pn daily average maxima are in enlargement of the 14.37 μmol·m-2·s-1ã€13.77 μmol·m-2·s-1and 13.52 μmol·m-2·s-1. The WUE of W1ã€W2ã€W3 of daily average values are in addition to the outside of the lower leaves, other growth period were sustained in between 2.10 μmol·mmol-1~ 2.50 μmol·mmol-1, 2.60 μmol·mmol-1~ 3.0 μmol·mmol-1, 2.60 μmol·mmol-1~ 3.50 μmol·mmol-1. Showed a strong period in photosynthesis and growth period WUE little relationship.Photosynthetic parameters changes throughout the growth cycle can be drawn from young Z.jujube Mill.‘huizao’, the Pn and Gs of W1, W2, W3, value variation curves into a “parabolic†type, the average of the entire growth cycle Pn respectively 12.81 μmol·m-2·s-1, 13.24 μmol·m-2·s-1, 13.02 μmol·m-2·s-1. The WUE average of 2.74 μmol·mmol-1, 3.14 μmol·mmol-1, 3.08 μmol·mmol-1, W2 irrigation methods to reduce the amount of irrigation did not affect the date of the photosynthesis of young ash.Photosynthetic parameters of Young Z. jujube Mill.‘huizao’irrigation cycle from each growth period can be drawn, W1, W2, W3 except leaf stage, the leaves of Pn values increase with irrigation continue to reduce the number of days outside, other growth period with the increase number of days Pn values changed little irrigation, in the leaves of Pn values W2 greater than W1. The WUE of three irrigation methods each growth cycle of irrigation are into trends wavy, and W2 are higher than W1, W2 indicate the amount of reduction in irrigation, improved water use efficiency.In young gray maturity date of each change in fertility, three kinds of irrigation methods of W1, W2, W3 before the enlargement, influence of Pn internal and external environmental factors on the size of the order are Gs>Tr>Ca>RH>PAR>Ci>Ta; After the enlargement,three kinds of irrigation methods of W1, W2, W3 influence of Pn internal and external environmental factors on the size of the order are PAR>Tr>Ca>Ci>Ta>Gs>RH, shows that the role of internal and external environmental factors on Pn and jujube growth related. |
