| The Ziziphus Jujuba Mill. ’Huizao’ is introduced to Xinjiang in 1980’s, which grew well and the quality and output was high. In recent years, the jujube planting area reached 46.67 % of the fruit planting area in Xinjiang, but in production there are some serious problems, for example flower and fruit drop, Vc, protein content decreased and so on. This study is aimed at those problems, make meteorological bservations of jujube growth period between 2013 and 2014 including temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind speeds, average vapor pressure, average relative humidity, sunshine hours and evaporation, based on that, using the comparison method of equilavent cultivation in foreign lands which combines the method of linear regression to study the quality of jujube including exterior quality, composition and content of sugar, acid, general flavone, rutin, Vc, protein and mineral elements, study the effects of meteorological factors on the quality of jujube in Ruoqiang, Xinzheng and Kuerle. And then further analysis how the different the temperature and humidity of air and soil have effects on the growth and quality of jujube with the micro-climate-related treatment by setting up trees’ shady&sunny sides, sunshade, water spray and upper coverings in jujube orchards. The following passages are the main conclusions:Firstly, by comparison mean temperature difference etc. 16 meteorological factors of the influence weight of one fruit etc. 25 jujube fruit quality found that, one quality index of the key meteorological factors is not alike, showing years instability of jujube fruit itself. Key indexes of jujube quality are weight of one fruit, fruit shape index, protein, Vc and solube sugar, and the mean temperature difference, mean temperature, average maximum temperature, sunshine hours and precipitation influence the bigger.Second, by comparison blooming etc. 26 jujube fruit grow and quality index,in orchard microclimate, found that, using 1H water spray can improve jujube growth(42 mm)and Mg(387.9593 mg·kg-1); Plastic film mulching can greatest impact fruit setring rate(7 %)and Zn(0.1886 mg·kg-1); Straw mulching can obviously improve Vc(3.78 mg·g-1)and solube sugar(46.18 mg·g-1). By research of orchard microclimate in air and soil including mean temperature etc. 8 meteorological factors finding that, air mean manimum humidity can beneficial improve the content of Mg; Soil meam humidity improving jujube fruit setring rate; Solube sugar were significantly affected by mean minimum temperature. |
