An effective way was established to rapidly Phalaenopsis of Dtps. Queen Beer "red sky" by induction of pedicel and blade after a series of studies on the disinfecting methods of explant、medium types、hormone concentration and browning control. Meanwhile, the system about tissure cultrue and rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis was basically researched. The results were as follows:(1) The best sterilizing method of Phalaenopsis pedicel was 0.1% mercuric chloride 13 or 15m, the success rate was of 85% or more; and the best sterilizing method of Phalaenopsis blade was 0.1% mercuric chloride 13m, the success rate was of 97.7%.(2) The orthogonal test results show that the most appropriate induction medium formula of Phalaenopsis pedicel were MS+agar (7.5 g·L-1)+sucrose (30 g·L-1)+ 6-BA (3.0 mg·L-1)+NAA (2.5 mg·L-1)+pH (5.6); and the most appropriate induction medium formula of Phalaenopsis blade were MS+agar (7.5 g·L-1)+ sucrose (30 g·L-1)+6-BA (3.0 mg·L-1)+NAA (2.5 mg·L-1)+pH (5.6).(3) The research had shown that the most suitable hormone combinations for induced Phalaenopsis protocorm were 6-BA(3.0mg·L-1)、NAA(0.5mg·L-1) and pH=5.4 or 6-BA(3.0mg·L-1), NAA(1.0mg·L-1) and pH=5.6.(4) The influence of plant hormone combinations for Phalaenopsis rooting rate was not very big, also there was no significant differences (P>0.05). But The influence of plant hormone combinations for Phalaenopsis root number and root length were very big, and the analysis of variance showed that difference plant hormone combinations had reached significant level (P< 0.05). The most appropriate induction medium formula of Phalaenopsis roots were 1/2MS+agar (7.5 g·L-1)+ sucrose (30 g·L-1)+6-BA (3.0 mg·L-1)+NAA (1.0-1.5 mg·L-1)+pH (5.4-5.6);(5) This experiment use Phalaenopsis red sky as material, the result showed that the best basic culture medium of Phalaenopsis pedicel bud induction was MS basic culture medium, the induction rate was 77.8%, higher than 1/2 MS basic culture medium (77.3%), blade induction medium for MS and 2 1/MS, Considering the subsequent seedling growth and MS culture medium of Browning phenomenon is more serious, and 1/2 MS culture medium can save costs more. So choose 1/2 ms culture medium for blade germination medium...
