| Lactobacillus is one of probiotic bacteria,polyphenols is a natural beneficial substances extracted from tea,they have the lots of functions.To explore the effects of lactobacillus,polyphenols,and a combination of both on animal physiological functions,the study chosed four hundred and eighty broilers were selected and randomized into eight groups, there are sixty broilers in each group which is consisted of six replicates, that is ten broilers in each replicate was setExcept for giving basic feed, the test groups were given lactobacillus and tea polyphenols by gavaged while the control group was given sterile water on the same condition The whole experiment lasted for56days.The test results of growth performance,blood biochemicalparameters,digestive enzyme activities,and intestinal microbial diversity index showed that:First,growth performanceThe broiler’s body weight of lactobacillus group’s by gavaged than than control group were reduced25.52%(P<0.05),the average daily gain were reduced6.30%(P>0.05),the average daily feed intake were reduced21.69%(P<0.01),and the feed conversion ratio were improved32.42%(P<0.01),the broiler’s the average daily gain of polyphenols group’s by gavaged than the control group were improved7.22%(P>0.05),the average daily feed intake were reduced7.13%(P>0.05), the feed conversion ratio were improved reduced6.64%(P>0.05), body weight were improvedl.28%(P>0.05),1.0[ml/(kg.bw)] lactobacillus plus0.06[g/(kg.bw)] polyphenolgroup’s effect on growth performance of is most visible in the eight groups.Second,blood biochemical parameterBy gavaged lactobacillus group’s improved broilers of concentrations of LDL-C> GLU, TG were respectively reduced24.21%(P<0.01)ã€16.27%(P<0.01)ã€25%(P<0.01) than the control group, polyphenols group’s by gavaged improved broilers of concentrations of LDL-Cã€GLUã€TG were respectively reduced28.26%(P<0.01)ã€28.99%(P<0.01)ã€16.27%(P<0.01),1.0[mL<kg.bw)]lactobacillus plus0.06[g/(kg.bw)] polyphenol group’s by gavaged reduced broilers of concentrations of TGã€LDL-Cã€CHO, and Lactobacillus and polyphenols have interaction reduced blood biochemical parameter.
