Prunus Cerasifera is the Rosaceae Family,Prunus Genus plant. For deciduous leaf s mall tree.The leaves all the year round purple, famous foliage tree species, lone plant groupings all appropriate, can foil background.This test is to open the 3 years living Prunus Cerasifera seedlings as the research material.This experiment adopts the L9(3 4) orthogonal design.This experiment explored the different conditions of nitrogen, pho sphorus and potassium levels, Prunus Cerasifera plant height, ground diameter, photos ynthetic characteristics, the changing rule of the antioxidant enzyme activity index.In t his paper, through the study of these indicators in NPK under different levels of resp onse mechanisms, select the best fertilization scheme, so as to the future reasonable f ertilization in the cultivation of application and production to provide scientific theory basis.The results showed that:1.The different fertilizer treatments on Prunus Cerasifera has remarkable effect on plant height and ground diameter. Within a certain range of NPK (N:0-6g, P:0-2g, K:0-4g), Prunus Cerasifera seedling height, ground diameter growth with the increase of fertilizer usage, growth is rising.But once the fertilizer usage exceeds a certain threshold, fertilizer on Prunus Cerasifera seedling height, ground diameter, promoting effect will be reduced.Tests show that a moderate amount of fertilizer on Prunus Cerasifera seedling height, ground diameter growth has a promoting effect, can accelerate the nursery seedling effect, but excessive fertilization will play an inhibitory effect.2.The different fertilizer treatments on Prunus Cerasifera photosynthetic characteristics have a significant impact.In a certain range of NPK (N:0 to 3 g, P:0 and 1g,K:0 to 4 g), Prunus Cerasifera Ye Guang presents a certain regularity and characteristics.With the increase of fertilizer usage, net photosynthetic rate will increase. Once the fertilizer quantity exceeds a certain level, net photosynthetic rate rises can reduce instead.Experiment shows that the right amount of NPK fertilizer on Prunus Cerasifera guang and characterization have promoting effect, can enhance the photosynthetic intensity, improve the efficiency of light and, in turn is conducive to the accumulation of assimilation product. But excessive fertilization will have inhibition.3.The different fertilizer treatments on Prunus Cerasifera blade enzyme activity have a significant impact.Under the condition of appropriate NPK ratio (N:0 to 3 g, P:0 and 1 g,K: 0 to 4 g), Prunus Cerasifera blade level of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) increased significantly.Test shows that the right amount of NPK fertilizer could effectively control the Prunus Cerasifera leaf membrane lipid peroxidation level, make the protective enzyme activity increased significantly, strengthen cell activity of free radical scavenging ability, maintain the stability of cell to the greatest extent, delay the ageing process.Fertilization can lead to excessive or deficient Prunus Cerasifera membrane structure destruction, causing the free radicals produced and cleared out of balance, metabolic disorders, antioxidant enzyme activity.To sum up:The best NPK fertilizer treatment about Prunus Cerasifera seedling external growthing is N3P3K3, for the best growing combination about photosynthetic characteristics and enzyme activityies is N2P1K3.
