Sedum spectabile, strong adaptability to the environment, air purification effect, can be used as a good landscape ground cover plants. This experiment adopts the Sedum spectabile as test materials, a field experiment was carried out.Under different nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer level, the growth and physiological characteristics of Sedum spectabile variation is studied through the research and analysis of the test data.For further quality of Sedum spectabile green seedlings, to select the most beneficial to the growth and production practice of Sedum spectabile fertilization program, the rational fertilization for the purpose of further provide theoretical basis.Research results show that:1.Different proportion of fertilizer on plant height of the effects of Sedum spectabile.In the growth stage of plants from April through July, fertilizer in a certain level of the degree category, Sedum spectabile plants, plant height and height growth associated with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer application increased growth.Plants with three levels of nitrogen were higher in growth and growth, and the plants treated with N3P2K2 had the best performance.2.Different ratio fertilization effects on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Sedum spectabile.In the vigorous growth period in different fertilizer on Sedum spectabile day photosynthesis have significant effects of different indicators. In a certain range of fertilization level, N and K of Sedum spectabile photosynthetic characteristics is large, especially with the increase of nitrogen level, photosynthetic rate is significantly improved. The photosynthetic characteristics of N3P1K3 treated plants were outstanding.3.Different ratio fertilization effect on protective enzyme activity of Sedum spectabile.Plant leaves and roots in protective enzymes (POD and SOD) in a certain range of effective fertilization level, P and Sedum spectabile plant protection is positively correlated with the content of the enzyme. Among them, the POD of N3P3K1 treated plants had the highest SOD enzyme content.4.Different ratio fertilization treatments on MDA Sedum spectabile (MDA) content. After fertilization treatment, the content of MDA in leaves of plants was N1P3K3, and the content of the whole root was not obvious.5.Different ratio fertilization effect on relative water content of Sedum spectabile.The ratio of fertilization under different Sedum spectabile leaf relative water content increased in different degrees. Treatment of N2P3K1 and the effect of N3P1K3 treatment is the best, the most obvious, N1P2K3 the most poor.To sum up, the conclusion:The best properties of treatment effect is N3P2K2 to the growth of Sedum spectabile, The most treatment of photosynthetic characteristics is N3P1K3, The highest enzyme activity was N3P3K1, The lowest content of MDA was N1P3K3, The highest chlorophyll content of the treatment is N2P1K2, The highest leaf relative water content was N2P3K1.
