The subjects of this present study were 12 young Yili horses(2-3 years old) selected from Zhaosu Stud, and trained them 9 weeks with Fartlek and Interval Traning, respectively. This study was undertaken to analyze the difference of variation law of horse blood biochemical index after test competition when before and after the Fartlek and Interval Training, and contrast two kinds of training. The article can provide a reference for endurance training system of horse. The study result is as follow:After young Yili horse trained by Fartlek during 9 weeks, the time of 12 km test competition have highly significant(P<0.01) decrease than before. Before the training, the blood biochemical index when after test competition appear that the contents of plasma TP, ALB, CHO decreasing firstly and then increasing, plasma AST, ALT, CK, LDH, UREA were continuous elevation and significantly higher than before the test competition(P<0.01), plasma TG were continuous declination. After the training, the blood biochemical index when after test competition emerge that plasma TP、ALB、CHO、AST、ALT 、CK、LDH、UREA offered upgrade firstly then descending latter tendency and the others all recover to the level before the test without plasma CK、LDH significantly higher(P<0.01) than before the test competition. Then plasma TG first decreased and then increased. After training, there are some phenomena that faster regain velocity of LAC and greater change range of UA and CREA than before but the change rule of UA and CREA was similar with before. Contrast with before training, the degree of injury of young Yili horses’ liver, myocardium and skeletal muscle was less, obvious enhance the adaptive capacity of exercise load, the ability of clearance LAC and aerobic exercise capacity.After young Yili horse trained by Interval Training during 9 weeks, the time of 12 km test competition have highly significant(P<0.01) decrease than before. There are some obvious different about change tendency of plasma TP, ALB, CHO, TG, CK, LDH. Before the training, the contents of plasma TP, ALB, CHO, TG decreasing firstly and then increasing, the plasma CK、LDH first increase on immediately after the test then decrease and increase again. After 90 min of test competition, the plasma CK were significantly higher(P<0.01) than before test, plasma LDH were significantly higher than before test(P<0.05). After the training, plasma TP and ALB were first increase then decrease and increase again, plasma CHO, TG, CK, LDH were first increase then decrease and CK, LDH significantly higher(P<0.01) than before test. The change tendency of plasma ALT, AST, UREA, CREA, UA, LAC were similar with before training but the change range were greater and the maximum LAC value was advance 33.2% than before. Contrast with before training, the purine nucleotide metabolism and tolerance ALT, AST, LDH enhanced obviously.The time of 12 km test competition have no significant(P>0.05) different between two groups horse that after trained by Fartlek and Interval Training respectively, but the time of Interval Train group was less than Fartlek group. Between the two groups, there are some different about plasma TP, ALB, CHO and TG change tendency. Plasma ALT, AST, UA and CREA had some similar variation rule, but Fartlek group had earlier peak value than Interval Training. The index that plasma LAC, CK, LDH and CHO variation tendency and appear time of peak were basically in line, however, the peak value of Fartlek group plasma CK and LDH were significantly(P<0.05)lower than Interval training group and the maximum LAC value of Interval training group was enhance 21.33% than Fartlek. It’s mean that the horse of Fartlek group had stronger aerobic capacity and the Interval Training horse had better ability of exercise load tolerance.
