In this study, eight young Yili horses were used as the research object, and a special training program combining ramp training and interval training was measured. The training was carried out for 6 weeks to analyze the changes of blood biochemical index and the effect of tuning training on their achievements, gait characteristics and blood biochemical index in different stages of the 1600 m test race. The purpose is to explore the usability of the training program, and to provide the data reference for the training of young Yili horse. The results of this study are as follows:The difference analysis showed that between the scores and the gait characteristics of the different training stages, the training results of the young Yili horse are improved by the training program of the special training program, and the average speed and the end point are all extremely significant higher than those before the training(P<0.01).At the 6th week of training, the stride and step frequency of the horse's end point were significantly better than those before training(P<0.05).The combined training between ramp training and interval training programs can be used as a training program for young Yili horse shortdistance racing. There was a significant positive correlation between the two indicators of speed difference and speed ratio and horses testing result(P<0.05),for the single horses, the two indicators can be used as important reference indexes in the training process. The difference analysis of plasma biochemical indexes in different stages of 1600 m test race showed that, aspartate aminotransferase and inorganic phosphorus were significantly higher than those before the race(P<0.05),creatinine,triglyceride,uric acid and lactic acid were significantly higher than those before the race(P<0.01),the plasma biochemical parameters in the 24 hours after the game can be restored to precompetition level(P>0.05).Therefore,the horses in the 1600 m test race on the horse body damage is small and can be restored in a relatively short period of time to normal levels, aspartate aminotransferase, lactic acid, creatinine and other indicators can be used as a horse during the movement to determine the performance indicators. The difference analysis of plasma biochemical indexes between different training stages of horse 1600 m showed that, before game, the activities of alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase/aspartate aminotransferase were significantly higher than those before training at 4th week(P<0.05),triglyceride and calcium concentration were significantly lower than those before training at 6th week(P<0.05).While,after game the level of alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase/aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine training was extremely significant higher than that before training at 4th week(P<0.01).At the 6th week, lactate concentration training was significantly higher than that before training, calcium concentration was significantly lower than that before training(P<0.05).Which indicated that through this experiment used in the tuning training program on the test horses had a positive effect, its anaerobic metabolic capacity has been increased, metabolic capacity has improved. The training and training program can be used as a reference scheme for future horse tuning training.
