The subjects of this present study were 12 young Yili horses(2-3 years old) selected from Zhaosu Stud, and trained them 8 weeks with heart rate threshold method and standard training method, respectively.This study was undertaken to analyze the difference of variation law of horse blood biochemical index after test competition when before and after the heart rate threshold method and standard training method, and contrast two kinds of training. The article can provide a reference for trot training system of horse. The study result is as follow:After young Yili horse trained by heart rate threshold method during 8 weeks, the test result of 1000 m was significantly improved(P<0.05). Before training there were no significant differences in plasma levels of LAC, ALT and LDH(P>0.05), After 8 weeks of heart rate threshold method training, the concentration of LAC was greatly significantly higher for immediately after the game(P<0.01), LDH and ALT were significantly higher for immediately after the game(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in plasma levels of AST and CK at the each stage before and after training test(P>0.05). After the training,the concentration of ALT was greatly significantly higher for immediately after the test(P<0.01), the AST concentration was significantly higher than before the training(P<0.05), the static level of CK was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the LDH concentration was significantly higher for test after 15 min and 30 min. Therefore, Heart rate threshold training method is helpful to enhance the level of anaerobic metabolism of horses, the degree of injury, myocardium and skeletal muscle was less, obvious enhance the adaptive capacity of exercise load, the ability of clearance LAC and aerobic exercise capacity.After young Yili horse trained by standard training method during 8 weeks, the test result of 1000 m was significantly improved(P<0.05). Before training there were no significant differences in plasma levels of CK and LDH(P>0.05), After 8 weeks of standard training method training, LDH concentrations for immediately after the race were greatly significant higher than before after training(P<0.01), CK concentration are significant higher than before the test(P<0.05). After the training, The concentration of ALP, AST and LDH are significant improved(P<0.05), the static level of LAC and CK was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Therefore, Standard training method helps to improve the level of anti fatigue and anaerobic fermentation of glucose, so that the mechanical damage of skeletal muscle is smaller, aerobic exercise capacity to further enhance.The test result of 1000 m competition have no significant(P>0.05) different between two groups horse that after trained by heart rate threshold method and standard training method respectively, but the time of heart rate threshold group was less than standard training group. The training results of the heart rate threshold group have improved very fast in the early stage, while the standard training group overall increased more stably. The biochemical data shows that the plasma levels of ALT, AST, CK and LDH concentration heart rate threshold group was significantly lower than that of the standard training group(P< 0.05), that standard training group for 1000 m test intensity with poor adaptation than heart rate threshold group, body fatigue and skeletal muscle cell damage is more serious. Therefore, the heart rate threshold training method can make the horse quickly adapt to the training intensity and the pace of the game.
