Coreopsis tinctoria, scientific name is two-color Coreopsis, the Asteraceae genus Coreopsis, has important medicinal value and broad market prospects. The formation of Coreopsis tinctoria quality is a process of interaction with the environment. In order to achieve the scientific utlilization of Coreopsis tinctoria resources and improve the quality to meet the market demend, the research of ecological factor and the formation of Coreopsis tinctoria quality has far-reaching significance. The results are as follows:1. The measurement results showed Coreopsis tinctoria active ingredients and mineral nutrient content of different origins had significant difference. The Keliyang origin total flavonoids, total sugar and chlorogenic acid content is the highest; Tuoli origin polyphenol content is the highest. The highest total amino acid content in Wushicheng, Keliyang Coreopsis tinctoria volatile oil content and extraction rate are highest. The Mg and Fe content of Keliyang origin is the highest, Ca, Mn, Zn, Cu content of Wushicheng is the highest.2. Through gray correlation analysis of the relationship between meteorological factors and the formation of Coreopsis tinctoria quality showed July to August the lowest temperature, humidity and light intensity the maximum correlation with quality of Coreopsis tinctoria, can promote the accumulation of Coreopsis tinctoria active ingredients. As the altitude increases Coreopsis tinctoria main component of volatile oil content increases, that is high altitude and low temperature environment conducive to accumulation volatile oil.3. Through the correlation analysis and path analysis concluded that the soil organic matter, total P and exchangeable Mg have greatest impacted on Coreopsis tinctoria active ingredients. The mineral nutrition of Coreopsis tinctoria and soil organic matter, total potassium and available K have the best correlation. Soil organic matter content, total P, total K, available K, exchangeable Mg effect on the accumulation of Coreopsis tinctoria active ingredients and mineral nutrient.4. Different harvest periods there are significant impact on the quality of Coreopsis tinctoria, the content of the active ingredients in the flower bud time and tire chrysanthemum time higher than other period, the content of petals full expand time was the lowest. In the flower bud time of the highest concentrations of trace elements Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cu, the content of petals full expand time was the lowest, Fe element opposite.5. This study was conducted to research on effect of the different concentrations and ratios of mixed salt treatment on the mainly quality of Coreopsis tinctoria. The tests showed high concentration of mixed salts restrain the formation of Coreopsis tinctoria active ingredients to reduce its content; Relative to low mixed salt, low concentration of mixed salt will increase quality of Coreopsis tinctoria. In summary, the high altitude and cold conditions conducive to improving the quality of Coreopsis tinctoria, ecological factors play a direct or indirect role in the formation of Coreopsis tinctoria quality, the meteorological factors of monthly mean minimum temperature, humidity and light intensity, soil organic matter, total P and exchangeable Mg content, determine the harvest period were the best guarantee of excellent quality to promote Coreopsis tinctoria.
