Coreopsis tinctoria, scientific name is two-color Coreopsis, belonging to Asteraceae genus Coreopsis. Both have important medicinal value, but also have good ornamental value and market potential. Studieshave shown that, it can resist pathogens, enhance capillary resistance, lowering blood pressure, loweringblood pressure, regulate blood sugar, anti-tumor, anti-aging, etc. This is a broad market prospects medicinalchrysanthemum. In order to achieve the scientific use of Coreopsis tinctoria resources and improve thequality of the Coreopsis tinctoria, to meet market demand, need through tissue culture technique measures topromote fundamental research as well as Coreopsis tinctoria cultivation and breeding work. For furtherdevelopment and utilization of this medicinal plants Coreopsis tinctoria provide reference. The study was mainly used Xinjiang Coreopsis tinctoria as experimental material to analyze the effect ofdifferent concentrations and ratios of hormones on Coreopsis tinctoria tissue culture and rapid propagation. The experiment used Coreopsis tinctoria stem with bud, stem tip and leaf as explants and to use MS as basicculture medium, adding different concentrations of6-BA and NAA, with tissue culture experiments study toidentify suitable callus induction of Coreopsis tinctoria best explants and best medium for each stages. Themain research results were as follow:1. Callus induction: use the stem with bud of Coreopsis tinctoria, stem tip and leaf as explants, thecallus induced successfully. The highest callus induction rate is stem with bud, its ideal medium: MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L, the healing rate was100%;The second is stem tip, the ideal medium is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L, the healing rate was93.33%. Leaf inducted by the ideal medium: MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L, the healing rate was66.67%.2. Proliferating cultivation of callus: the optimum culture medium for Coreopsis tinctoria callus is:MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L, proliferation rate of83.33%.3. The differentiation of callus: the optimum culture medium for differentiation of callus is: MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L, differentiation rate was79.17%.4. Rooting culture: the ideal of tube seedlings rooting culture medium for1/2ms+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.03mg/L, the rooting rate was83.33%, the average root number is8.47.5. Proliferating cultivation of roots: the optimum culture medium for rooting is:1/2ms+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.03mg/L, the rooting rate was83.33%, the average root number is8.67.6. Transplanting and cutting: peat, vermiculite, perlite (3:2:1) is Coreopsis tinctoria tube seedlingstransplanting and ideal cutting matrix, not only the survival rate is high, and grew well.
