Green algae Enteromorpha prolifera outbreaks frequently in the eastern part of our country in recent years,which brings adverse effects to coastal aquaculture and tourism.So we need to find a method of rapid processing Enteromorpha green tide.This paper used laboratory fermentation system to fermented Enteromorpha, screed out the rotten strains, and inoculated them in Enteromorpha solid fermentation, It realized the rapid degradation of Enteromorpha and rotten.Extracted water soluble organic matter and mixture them into liquid manure, and studied its influence on cucumber growth and yield, verified its effect of promoting growth. Based on the product process of Enteromorpha fermentation fertilizer, plant design had been made,which was in order to made 8000 tons fresh Enteromorpha into organic fertilizer. Results of this paper are as follows:(1) 3 strains were filtrated from rotting Enteromorpha. By 16S rDNA identification of them,reasults showed that they are Bacillus cereus, Achromobacter xylosoxidans and Bacillus megaterium.(2)By measuring physical indicators of Enteromorpha fermentation process, the results showed that the fermentation strains could make it rotten quickly in 8 days and effect of natural composting fermentation was not obvious.(3) By measuring chemical indicators of Enteromorpha fermentation process the results showed that C/N value reduced from 41 to 18; Cellulose and lignin content were basically stable, hemicellulose content reduced to 14.3% from 1.4%; The proportion of water soluble organic matter increased to 16%.(4) Through the high-throughput sequencing analysis of bacteria in Enteromorpha fermentation process, the results showed that:Bacillus genus and Virgibacillus were advantage bacterium groups in high temperature period.It indicated that the strains played an important role in the early stage of the fermentation.At the end of the fermentation, anaerobic bacteria species increased, but in a low abundance (< 1%).(5)Based on the standards of water soluble fertilizer and organic-inorganic fertilizer, liquid fertilizer products was made by extracting organic matter from Enteromorpha composting rotten material and mixing with norganic.Organic matter content was 120 g/L, N, P2O5 and K2O content is 200 g/L rooting agent of, water extraction residue was made into organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with 20% organic matter,and the proportion of N:P2O5:K2O is 12:6:12.(6) With blank group and rooting agent sold as comparison, influence on cucumber Enteromorpha rooting agent’s influence on cucumber was studied, Results showed that the root length of cucumber with Enteromorpha rooting agent was 1.75 times that of blank group after 40 d, root vigor was 1.29 times that of blank group.lt showed that Enteromorpha rooting agent can improve cucumber root length and root vigor significantly, and it was also superior to the commercial rooting agent. The yield of Enteromorpha experimental group was 9.48% higher than that of the blank group.Enteromorpha rooting agent could significantly enhance the cucumber root reduction ability, improve the ability of the root system to absorb nutrients, so as to improve the yield and quality of cucumber.(7) The plant design of Enteromorpha organic fertilizer, included material balance, equipment selection, and the estimation of water, electricity and steam in the Enteromorpha organic fertilizer production process The factory covered an area of 145 m2, total investment of 116.32 million yuan, and annual gross profit of 41.6121 million yuan.Recovery period of investment is 2.8 years.
